The Quality LeadershipDevelopmentProgram (QLDP) is a three-year rotational program designed to develop high potential, entry-level individuals into future leaders in Quality Engineering. You ll have the opportunity to experience assignments in several operational functions, business areas, and product groups nationwide. QLDP participants are also exposed to a variety of networking opportunities and strategic project initiatives across the sector.
The QLDP consists of three, one-year, rotations; each with increasing responsibility. It is designed to provide a diverse set of experiences within Quality Engineering and related disciplines.
Candidates should display an interest in undertaking rotations in the following areas:
+ Program Quality Engineering
+ Manufacturing Product Assurance
+ Supplier Quality Assurance
+ Quality Management
+ Performance Analysis
Participants input is included in the choice of their 2nd and 3rd rotational assignments and/or geographic location.
In addition to the functional rotations, members of the QLDP participate in the following opportunities:
+ Lean Six Sigma: Participants are required to pursue an internally sponsored Green Belt project and receive certification. Upon receiving Green Belt certification, participants can pursue their Black Belt.
+ Monthly Trainings: The QLDP provides participants with a monthly training curriculum to develop technical and leadership skills.
+ Personal growth: The program seeks to facilitate the growth of an individual's leadership skills through an annual, week-long leadershipdevelopment conference (LDC). This conference provides personalized leadership training as well as an opportunity to network with senior BAE Systems executives and other leadershipdevelopmentprogram participants across the company.
+ Mentorship: A mentor is assigned to each QLDP participant to expose them to diverse and challenging experiences, while providing guidance in choosing rotations, career development, and post-program placement.
+ Education: Participants are strongly encouraged to complete a graduate degree on a part-time basis. The school and specific technical degree is left up to the candidate, providing it is applicable to the business. BAE Systems provides tuition assistance for this degree.
+ Opportunity to travel: BAE Systems has locations worldwide with our QLDP members primarily rotating to locations within the United States. Your first rotation will be at one of our major locations: Nashua, NH; Austin, TX; San Diego, CA; Wayne, NJ; Huntsville, AL; Endicott, NY; Greenlawn, NY; Manassas, VA. Job Summary
The Nordson Finance LeadershipDevelopmentProgram (FLDP) is designed to accelerate early career development of high potential college graduates to prepare them for upwardly mobile careers within finance at Nordson Corporation. We are currently looking for Winter 2025/Spring 2026 Graduates for our 2026 Finance LeadershipDevelopmentProgram.
Program Design
The program prepares participants for roles of increasing responsibility through a combination of rotational assignments, formalized feedback, and mentoring. Program participants will have the opportunity to interact with senior finance leaders and participate in various key financial initiatives.
FLDPs will complete a 2 year program consisting of 4 rotations which will include four 6-month rotations in any one of our U.S. locations. This will also include a 3 month assignment in an international location. Geographical flexibility is required during the program and also upon completion of the program. Relocation assistance is provided.

Program Overview
The FLDP program affords participants an outstanding opportunity to produce results, quickly gain credibility, and develop a strong company network throughout the 2 year program. Before completing the program, participants will work with the program administrator to identify positions in which to interview across the finance organization.
Education and Experience Requirements
Focus on candidates who have a passion for everything finance and demonstrate leadership skills through experience, internships and extracurricular activities
Must have an aptitude to apply accounting and finance skills and should possess strong interpersonal skills as well as a commitment to excellence and integrity
Full-time student completing Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting between December 2025 and June 2026

The base salary for this position is: $70,000 and bonus target is 3%; Nordson may also provide a housing stipend dependent on geographic location of the rotation. During the first year of employment, employees may accrue up to 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO), equivalent to 120 hours. Employees receive 13 paid holidays. In addition to Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays, each employee receives 16 hours paid time each calendar year to perform volunteer services for Nordson-sponsored events. Learn to lead and manage the following areas to ensure optimal success as a Facility Manager, Assistant Facility Manager or Service Advisor:
Lead and assist in the customer service and sales process including but not limited to: customer service, sales, writing and updating repair orders, digital vehicle inspections
Overall operational, budgetary and financial responsibilities and activities of the Car Care location (i.e. payroll, expense control, shop efficiencies)
Review financial and sales performance reports and profit/loss statements; implement actionable solutions in order to obtain performance results within key performance indicators
Monitor and maintain company inventory standards
Optimize staff performance by providing continuous training, coaching, feedback and recognition
Lead employees to meet expectations of productivity, quality, and customer service standards
