Great team of people
Can be long long days and weeks at times.
Great pay and bonuses once you out in your time.
One owner John, is a fantastic guy and has some great qualities overall. He is repetitive and beyond full of himself which gets old, but adds comedy to the day to day.
Honestly, it doesn’t need any.
I had to do conference call, in person, and a a tree drawing
It is a great place to work and love it. It is a family. I don’t think their pay is as high as other places, but you do have job security.

The owners like to preach about team and family, but their actions and personalities are from it. Also very limited in pay raises.
