Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is seeking an Administrative Assistant 5 to support the Vice President of Program Management and their staff for Marine Systems Business Unit (BU). This position will also provide additional support to the broader BU and work cross-functionally with other site and corporate admins as needed. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the VP and the Program Management Office, including support for associated programs.
Manage the VP's calendar by prioritizing and scheduling meetings, handling quick-turn requests, monitoring upcoming needs, and resolving conflicts.
Coordinate domestic and international business travel arrangements, manage documentation requirements, and process expense reports in a timely manner.
Follow up on actions on behalf of the VP and execute additional tasks as directed.
Handle confidential business matters while maintaining an effective and organized administrative system.
Coordinate meetings and events-including internal staff meetings and engagements with customers and VIPs-by arranging venue logistics, conference room reservations, setup, catering, and tracking action items.
Manage visitor protocols by arranging badging and greeting visitors, including customers and contractors.
Address information requests and communications by answering telephones, screening calls, and forwarding messages.
Utilize Microsoft Office to prepare correspondence, generate high-quality reports, presentations, and other documents.
Lead and develop the administrative team, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and advanced proficiency in Outlook calendar and Microsoft teams.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Manage confidential information with discretion.
Prior experience organizing logistics for meetings, conferences, and company events.

11. Mount and level machines tools by placing on previously located studs by shimming under pads as required.

Basic Qualifications

What does this role look like?
• The Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) program is looking for its next enthusiastic and motivated Electronics Engineer. This individual will work in a dynamic team environment overseeing the development of THAAD Optical Seeker hardware. THAAD is a cutting-edge missile defense system that protects our nation and its allies from ballistic missile threats.
Key activities you will accomplish in this role:
• Support all technical aspects of avionics design, development, integration, test, and verification activities as the Certified Principal Engineer for a redesign effort.

Work Schedule Information

What You'll Get to Do
The Principal Program Cost Control Analyst (PCA) will support/lead cost reporting for the Ship Service Turbine Generator (SSTG) Block 6 program within Northrop Grumman's Marine Systems Business Unit.
The PCA will interface with the program managers, functional management, cost account managers (CAMs) and business managers to provide financial support and analysis to meet program requirements. They will prepare budgets and schedules for contract work and assist in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, cash forecasting, and variance analysis.
The PCA will monitor costs and schedules on contracts requiring validated cost schedule control system. This will include performing perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks such as Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis/ assessment and visibility reports, development, and analysis of estimates to complete.
The PCA will perform analysis and prepare reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines, including maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government.
The PCA will support audits and reviews as requested by programs, customers, and company management, support Annual Operating Plan, Resource Plan, and Long Range Strategic Plan activity, and prepare financial inputs to internal and external reports and presentations.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related professional experience - OR - a Master's degree with 3 years of related professional experience
Will consider 9 years of applied experience in lieu of degree requirement.
Experience with financial systems including cost performance reporting and analysis

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Perform a wide variety of support activities for Manufacturing Engineering and Operations. Such activities will involve the ability to devise, develop, and execute utilization of various mechanical and optical measuring equipment for analyzing intricate parts, subassemblies, assemblies, fabrications, and tooling (laser tracker, laser projection, photogrammetry, and other measuring technologies).
