1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

About the Internship
Okta is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Systems Analyst Intern to help us support our core business and Human Resources systems. As a Business Systems Analyst Intern you will gain hands-on experience in HR systems by supporting various projects and initiatives within Okta. This internship offers an opportunity to develop skills in Workday, Greenhouse, Cornerstone Ondemand, and contribute to the success of our team. This role will assist other core business systems analysts across IT for strategic and business as usual projects.
What You'll Get To Do
* Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects as assigned by senior team members.
* Monitor ServiceNow queue, triage requests, and daily transaction processing.
* Assist in system configuration, reporting, troubleshooting, and overall administration of our Human Resource systems.
* Assist in the creation of presentations, reports, and other materials.
* Attend meetings and take detailed notes for reference and follow-up.
* Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and contribute to project discussions, documentation of processes as needed to achieve project goals and deadlines.

Who We Are Looking For
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business. Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related areas and graduating in December 2026 or Spring 2027.
* Basic understanding of cloud-based applications, data structures, and reporting; exposure to Workday, Greenhouse, Cornerstone Ondemand or similar HRIS is a plus.

As an intern in Sandia's Digital Foundations and Mathematics Department, you will help advance formal methods computer science projects under the direction of Sandia technical staff.

+ Formal verification of systems software (compilers and firmware) and hardware designs

Our department (Digital Foundations & Mathematics) develops and maintains multiple technical capabilities. We develop and apply tools for the formal verification of digital systems. We are always interested in candidates with cross-disciplinary skillsets who can contribute to one or more of our programs. The formal verification activities include formal methods analysis of hardware and software; modeling and simulation of digital or software systems; synthesis of hardware (digital logic) or software to meet formal specifications; binary analysis (developing a custom lifter capability); and development of specialized software utilizing advanced mathematics to meet customer needs. Our department consists mostly of researchers with backgrounds in computer science, mathematics, analysis of programming languages and domain specific languages, high-performance computing & physics.
