The A&P Mechanic - Boeing 737-MAX 8 BBJ is responsible for performing high-level maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on the Boeing Business Jet (BBJ) MAX 8 aircraft. This position supports a VIP/ VVIP aviation environment that requires exceptional technical expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and the highest standards of safety, confidentiality, and professionalism. VIP Cabin, Interior & Special Systems Support Maintain and repair VIP furnishings, luxury materials, cabinetry, and premium finishes. Troubleshoot and support Cabin Management Systems (CMS), satellite communications, Wi-Fi, Blu-ray/AV systems, and aircraft internet hardware. Work closely with flight crews and cabin staff to ensure the aircraft meets VVIP standards of comfort and functionality. D2 Government Solutions (D2GS) is seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic III to join our F-22 Wash and Corrosion Control team at Joint Base Langley-Eustis. The selected candidate will perform complex maintenance, inspection, and corrosion control tasks on F-22 Raptor aircraft, ensuring full compliance with Air Force Technical Orders and D2GS quality standards. Responsibilities: Perform scheduled and unscheduled wash and corrosion control services on F-22 aircraft. Conduct inspections and perform advanced maintenance on structural, hydraulic, pneumatic, and landing gear systems. Lubricate and service aircraft landing gear, replace Zerk fittings, and perform canopy waxing per Technical Orders. Operate tow tractors and direct aircraft towing operations in compliance with safety and TO requirements. Document all work in AFTO 781 forms and maintenance systems; immediately report discrepancies to the Production Superintendent. Provide technical oversight and guidance to Aircraft Mechanic Helpers. Adhere to strict Foreign Object Damage (FOD) and Dropped Object Prevention (DOP) procedures. Maintain compliance with OSHA, AFOSH, environmental regulations, and JBLE safety standards. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or A&P certification preferred. Minimum of 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, preferably on fighter-class aircraft. Strong understanding of corrosion control, lubrication systems, and aircraft ground handling procedures. Must be able to pass a federal background check Ability to read, interpret, and apply Technical Orders Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs. Job Overview The Fuel Distribution System Mechanic receives, stores, transfers, logs fuel data. The Mechanic may inspect and assist with the repair of pipelines, hoses and other connecting systems. The Mechanic will gauge tanks for water, temperature and fuel levels, check pumping systems for correct operating pressure or unusual noises and perform preventative maintenance and repairs on assigned systems. Pay Rate: $32.52/hourly Work Model: Onsite/Office-based Responsibilities Essential Duties & Job Functions: * Observes and interprets readings on gauges, meters, and charts which register various aspects of fuel maintenance and delivery operations. * Adjusts controls to insure safe and efficient operation and to meet demands for fuel. * Cleans strainers, filters, fuel tanks and distribution lines removing corrosion and re-painting surfaces. * Lubricates pumps, and replaces gaskets, seals, and fuel filters as needed. * Corrects pumping misalignment and makes repairs to equipment; following prescribed methods. * Inspects and diagnoses problems to determine corrective repairs. * Completes all job-related paperwork and forms. * Uses a variety of hand tools, portable power tools, and standard measuring instruments. * Coordinates with other personnel in the identification of proper and correct materials, parts assemblies, and requirements for a variety of requisitions necessary for the job/task. * Performs on call, preventive and emergency site maintenance, as necessary. * Performs periodic stock inventories and prepares material requisitions. * Operates Government or company-owned motor vehicles and/or other equipment. * Supports and assists other department staff and trade groups as needed or directed. * Adheres to the established CFS safety and personnel policies and standard operating procedures. * Ability to work overtime as needed. * Performs other duties as assigned. The Ultra Care Technician I is responsible for performing regularly scheduled maintenance of industrial batteries and related products at the client site. Responsibilities: Represents the company in a neat and professional manner in accordance with company standards. Practices safety and good housekeeping in all circumstances. Performs battery inspections, battery watering, battery washing, and full-scale inspection including recording of cell voltages and specific gravities. Performs watering system installations. Conveys information to proper customer contacts. Safely operates a service vehicle and keeps it in good working order. Operates a forklift and reach truck on a regular basis. Recognizes and addresses safety and EPA issues. Safely and correctly processes non-potable water recovered by the battery wash. Tests for and analyzes results of acidity level of water (pH). Performs voltage testing and pressure washing of battery. Maintains an accurate assigned parts inventory. Actively promotes point of sale items and allied products and services.
