Nate was promoted to CEO in 2020. Prior to being named CEO, he was promoted to senior vice president in 2017 to lead the EWP sales and marketing organization, and was named chief operating officer (COO) in January 2019, responsible for overseeing the Wood Products and Building Materials Distribution divisions. Nate joined Boise Cascade in 2015. He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin and also attended the Tuck School of Business Executive Education Program at Dartmouth University. Mr. Jorgensen recently joined the board of directors for the American Wood Council.

Anthony J. Guzzi has been EMCOR Group, Inc.’s President since October 2004, when he joined the Company, and since January 3, 2011, our Chief Executive Officer. He served as our Chief Operating Officer from October 2004 until January 3, 2011. From August 2001 until he joined the Company, Mr. Guzzi was President of the North American Distribution and Aftermarket Division of Carrier Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor of commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration systems and equipment and a provider of aftermarket services and components of its own products and those of other manufacturers in both the HVAC and refrigeration industry. Mr. Guzzi is also Lead Director of Hubbell International, Inc. Mr. Guzzi was elected to the Board on December 15, 2009. Mr. Guzzi has extensive knowledge of the Company’s business and, having served as a senior executive officer of Carrier Corporation, has extensive knowledge of the mechanical services business which accounts for a significant portion of the Company’s revenues and profits.

Tamara has been President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of Schnitzer’s Board of Directors since December 2008. She joined the Company in September 2005 as Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer and subsequently held roles of increasing responsibility, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Schnitzer, Ms. Lundgren was an investment banker and lawyer with 25 years of experience in the U.S. and Europe. She was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division of JPMorgan Chase, which she joined in 2001, and Deutsche Bank, which she joined in 1996. Earlier she was a partner in the Washington, DC law firm of Hogan Lovells (then Hogan & Hartson, LLP). Ms. Lundgren serves on the Boards of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Ryder System, Inc., and the US Chamber of Commerce. She is also a member of the President’s Advisory Committee on Trade Policy and Negotiation, the Canada-US Council for the Advancement of Women Entrepreneurs and Business Leaders, and the Business Roundtable. Ms. Lundgren earned a B.A. degree from Wellesley College and a J.D. degree from the Northwestern University School of Law.
