Gary Clark, CMB is a Chief Operating Officer at Sierra Pacific Mortgage; Member, Executive Forum at California Mortgage Bankers Association; and Member MBA RESBOG (Residential Board of Governors) at Mortgage Bankers Association and is based in Folsom, California. He has worked as Executive Vice President at Indymac Bank, EVP at Commerce Security Bank, and President at Comstock Mortgage. Gary attended University of Oregon - Charles H. Lundquist College of Business between 1968 and 1972.

Curtis Dair joins Opes Advisors with 30 years of diverse accounting, finance, and lending experience in the financial services industry. Most recently, Curtis spent three years at Rabobank, N.A., which specializes in serving the food and agriculture industry. Curtis served as their Director of Operational Risk Management and also as Controller. Prior to Rabobank, Curtis served seven years at The Golden 1 Credit Union, including five years as their Chief Lending Officer, responsible for loan production, product innovation, price competitiveness, servicing, and loss mitigation. Curtis was previously Golden 1’s Controller. Curtis was Chief Financial Officer for Bancorp Financial Services, which specialized in small business equipment lease financing and non-prime automobile lending, and issued asset-backed securitizations. Curtis was responsible for accounting, finance, investor reporting and banking relationships. Curtis spent four years in various positions with IndyMac Bank including Corporate Controller, Subprime Brand Manager, and Internal Audit consultant and seven years at Commerce Security Bank as the Controller of their Residential Mortgage Division. Curtis was a Manager in the Audit department of KPMG Peat Marwick, where he earned his CPA (now inactive). Specializing in financial institutions, Curtis’s seven years’ at KPMG also included tax and consulting work, including SEC-related engagements. Curtis graduated from UC Berkeley, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with concentrations in Accounting and Finance. He has also completed Levels I and II of the School of Mortgage Banking. Curtis has served on the Board of the Sacramento Ballet as its Treasurer, was past President of the local chapter of the Financial Managers’ Society and a church organization, and has been involved in other many community organizations.

Jay Promisco is a Chief Production Officer at Sierra Pacific Mortgage and is based in Folsom, California. He has worked as Area Sales Manager at Stearns Lending Inc, Retail Sales Manager at Wells Fargo, and Mortgage Consultant at GreenPoint Mortgage. Jay studied at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo between 1994 and 1999.
