A valid California driver's license is required of staff who have regular driving duties, and the driving record must meet the requirements of their position and be approved by the agency's insurance company. The Case Manager works with the patient, their support system, and the multidisciplinary team to follow and adjust the HAP as needed based on the patient's progress. Duties and Responsibilities * Provide care and treatment to women during prenatal, natal, and postnatal periods.
