Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; ensure execution of Company policies and standards; hold them accountable for store conditions and results
Ensure all front end policies and procedures are followed; achieve your KPIs and manage your team to achieve their role KPIs
Plan and lead the execution of class and in-store events in accordance with Company programs
Lead the omnichannel processes
Manage and execute shrink and safety programs
Assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits
Assist with inventory processes to include Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) activities as needed
Assist with the onboarding of new Team Members
Train, observe, and coach the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier) to achieve results; participate in the performance management process; support Talent Development of your team; utilize the leadership competencies for continued self-development
Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD)
Interacts with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remains positive and respectful, even in difficult situations; promotes commitment to the organization's vision and values; projects a positive image; and serves as a role model for others
Acknowledge customers, help locate the product and provide solutions
Participate in the truck unloading and stocking processes to ensure truck standards are followed and completed within budget

Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production
In select stores that do not have a Framing Manager only, responsibilities also include: leading the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to our customers on time by planning and managing the completion of the framing workload in partnership with the Store Manager

The Patient Financial Advocate is responsible to screen patients on-site at hospitals for eligibility assistance programs either bedside or in the ER. This includes providing information and reports to client contact(s), keeping them current on our progress.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Review the hospital census or utilize established referral method to identify self-pay patients consistently throughout the day.
Screen those patients that are referred to Firstsource for State, County and/or Federal eligibility assistance programs.
Initiate the application process bedside when possible.
Identifies specific patient needs and assist them with an enrollment application to the appropriate agency for assistance.
Introduces the patients to Firstsource services and informs them that we will be contacting them on a regular basis about their progress.
Provides transition, as applicable, for the backend Patient Advocate Specialist to develop a positive relationship with the patient.
Records all patient information on the designated in-house screening sheet.
Document the results of the screening in the onsite tracking tool and hospital computer system.
Identifies out-patient/ER accounts from the census or applicable referral method that are designated as self-pay.
Reviews system for available information for each outpatient account identified as self-pay.
Face to face screen patients on site as able. Attempts to reach patient by telephone if unable to screen face to face.
Document out-patient/ER accounts when accepted in the hospital system and on-site tracking tool.
Outside field work as required to include Patient home visits to screen for eligibility of State, County, and Federal programs.
Other Duties as assigned or required by client contract
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain a positive working relationship with the hospital staff of all levels and departments.
Report any important occurrences to management as soon as possible (dramatic change in the number or type of referrals, etc.)
Access information for the Patient Advocate Specialist as needed (discharge dates, balances, itemized statements, medical records, etc.).
Keep an accurate log of accounts referred each day.
Meet specified goals and objectives as assigned by management on a regular basis.
Maintain confidentiality of account information at all times.
Maintain a neat and orderly workstation.

Maintain awareness of and actively participate in the Corporate Compliance Program.
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1 - 3 years' experience of medical coding, medical billing, eligibility (hospital or government) or other pertinent medical experience is preferred.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Must have basic computer skills.

Position Summary: The Director of Food & Beverage is a key member of the hotel's leadership team, responsible for the strategic direction, operational excellence, and financial performance of all food and beverage operations. Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Operations
Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars and lounges, banquets, catering, and in-room dining

Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef to ensure consistent quality, creativity, and execution across all menus and service platforms

Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years of food and beverage experience, including leadership responsibility at managerial level or equivalent

Strong passion and knowledge for culinary excellence and guest service

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Education and Experience:
High school diploma required. Two (2) years experience in a therapy/health care setting preferred.
Medical Requirement: Must be willing to receive the influenza (flu) vaccination during flu season annually.
