    Sets up dies on the anvil and ram of a Steam Drop Hammer. Places hot metal on bottom dies, uses treadles to release clutches to permit a ram with top dies to strike metal. Treadle operated by foot, which controls the number of blows needed to shape metal and also control the amount of weight of blows to be struck. Maneuvers forging with tongs until desired size is attained; shape and contour of forging controlled by impression in dies. Keeps the dies in alignment and adjusts the machine for correct operation. Watches for worn or broken spots and/or other conditions in the forging of dies and/or hit trimmer which would produce imperfect forgings. Supervises operation of the forging furnace and directs the activity of the hammer helpers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Operates and maintains hammers. * Sets up and verifies all settings for forging of dies per work order. * Checks and verifies product routing standards. * Knowledge of serialization and defect identification. * Blueprint reading. * All other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Directly supervises 2 to 4 forge helpers in the forging of dies. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the procedures set for the by the Forge Supervisor. ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Included but are not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned as required: * All tasks shall be performed safely and competently with minimal to average supervision. * Understand and practice all plant safety rules and housekeeping practices associated with their work. * Understand operation of furnaces, presses and hammers (able to learn how to operate for the sole purpose of troubleshooting) and how to troubleshoot all plant machinery, equipment, facilities, and their installations. * Repair, replace, adjust, dismantle, and assemble parts on a wide variety of machinery and equipment. * Able to maintain, repair or replace: * Hydraulic valves, pumps, motors, hose, and piping replacements. * Pneumatic piping, plumbing, valves, diaphragm pump repair, regulators, and air filters. * Troubleshoot mechanical drive systems such as pulleys, chain systems, sprockets, gear boxes, couplings, etc. * Install, modify, and maintain piping systems for steam, air, gas, water, hydraulics, etc. * Lay out and perform simple carpentry using power and hand tools normally associated with the trade. * Use welding (STK, MIG) and burning equipment for minor repairs. * They shall be able to run equipment in the Maintenance Shop such as: pipe threaders, drills, saws or similar types of equipment. They shall be able to make simple repair parts and shall be able fabricate to reasonable tolerances. * Perform general building maintenance and upkeep functions such as, but not limited to, replacement of broken windows, general repair of doors and minor roof repairs. * Complete basic electrical repairs as required when adequately trained in basic electrical maintenance. Examples include, but are not limited to: resetting overloads, replacing solenoid coils, replacing fuses, and changing bulbs. As appropriate, electrical systems will be isolated and re-energized by Maintenance Electrician(s), but the Millwright I is required to follow personal lockout procedures. * All other duties as assigned.     Eaton's ES AMER MCO division is currently seeking a Demand Generation Strategist - Data Center. This is a hybrid role that will be located in our Moon Township, PA, Raleigh, NC, or Beachwood, OH facility. What you'll do: The role of Demand Generation Marketing Communications Strategist is a new and exciting opportunity within the Marketing Communications team in Eaton's Electrical Sector-Americas (ES-A). This position is responsible segment and customer-focused marketing communications strategy and corresponding results in ES-A. The Demand Generation Marketing Communications Strategist will collaborate with global and regional teams to develop, localize, execute, measure and optimize marketing campaigns to support business growth. This role will drive customer-focused, outcomes-driven marketing initiatives and requires collaboration with sales, product marketing and other marketing communications teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign activation. In this function you will: * Lead the planning, content strategy, deployment and measurement of regionally executed campaigns across various channels, including digital, social and experiential, to drive pipeline momentum. * Provide insight into global segment campaigns and leverage campaign content created by the Segment Content Marketing and Campaigns CoE. * Augment content to address regional-specific requirements and challenges that drive buyers to act. * Lead the strategy and activation for marketing communications initiatives that engage the audience with targeted and compelling campaigns and experiences throughout the entire buying journey. * Develop and drive the strategy for regional tradeshows and events, and lead planning meetings with stakeholders and execution teams. Work with sales leadership to align and prioritize marketing communications activities to help achieve sales targets. * Engage with sales operations and marketing operations to leverage CRM/PRM technologies to maximize lead flow and opportunity conversion. * Ensure that lead follow-up and outbound sales messaging align to and support campaign content. Analyze customer data quality, performance metrics, digital behavior and customer feedback to create a seamless experience across all channels and touchpoints, both digital and in-person. * Monitor, analyze and continually improve campaign performance, customer engagement and the quality of leads generated to support revenue growth. Understand all aspects of Eaton's brand promise, attributes and standards, and accurately represent Eaton in written and verbal communications. Effectively manage budget allocations; provide accurate forecasts; process, track and reconcile expenses. * Collaborate closely with the following global and regional teams to develop ES-A marketing communications strategies aligned with commercial goals and market positioning. * ES-A sales team: To develop a deep understanding of the target audience, including needs/challenges/jobs to be done, ideal customer profiles, personas, buyers' journey and market trends; and to support selling efforts with relevant sales enablement tools and AQLs/MQLs * Segment Content Marketing and Campaigns Center of Excellence (CoE): To provide input to the development of enterprise-wide campaign messaging, positioning and content * ES-A product line marketing and product marketing communications teams: To ensure products, services and solutions that address customer challenges are properly promoted to the target audiences, including through segment integrated campaigns * Marketing communications counterparts in Canada and LATAM: To share strategies and plans for country-specific campaign activation * Channel marketing team: To ensure campaign messaging and assets are provided to channel partners for their marketing efforts Qualifications: Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution * Minimum 10 years' experience with digital marketing, content marketing, SEO, analytics, integrated campaigns, lead generation, demand generation, account-based marketing, tradeshow and sales enablement strategy * Relocation is not available. Candidates must currently reside within a 50 mile radius of Moon Township, PA, Raleigh, NC or Beachwood, OH. * Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
