Pros

The money and benefits are really good.

Cons

The culture is about as opposite to inclusive as you can get.

Benefits

There's barely any, but it pays well.

Cons

It is not an environmentally safe place to work due to inhalation of metal working fluid oil mist that can cause lung injuries and cancer. OSHA recently made several recommendations to Sig Sauer that would prevent injury and protect employees. Sig has not shared that information with it's employees nor has the company implemented any of the recommendations from OSHA.
