Position Summary:
The Purchasing Coordinator will assist the Purchasing department with the day-to-day administrative responsibilities.
FLSA: Non-Exempt
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Exports, formats and sends out Open Order reports to each supplier, weekly.
* Updates purchase orders within the ERP system with current delivery commitments received from suppliers.
* Tracks statuses of shortages and updates daily shortage report with current delivery dates and quantities.
* Creates blanket order releases and sends to suppliers, as requested.
* Loads supplier quotes into the ERP system.
* Escalates delivery dates that do not meet the build plan to the appropriate buyer.
* Helps to resolve receiving issues.
* Matches and closes completed purchase orders.
* Periodically reviews data integrity and submits required changes to the Master Data Management team to implement.
* Performs other tasks and duties as required.
* Travel 0 - 5% - primarily to other Sig Sauer facilities.
Education/Experience & Skills:
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Minimum of two years' experience within a purchasing, data entry or administrative assistant role.

Position Summary:
The Planner/Buyer I will support the activities of the Research and Development Department by creating Purchase Orders for non-quotable items, perform data entry administration on Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word), and create work orders in EBS. This is an entry level position that draws upon administrative, organizational, and analytical skills combined with experience working with ERP database tools (Oracle, SAP) to organize and communicate information. Position Summary:
The Machine Shop Attendant is responsible for processing parts and raw materials throughout the organization. Machine Shop Attendants handle a variety of materials and products.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Load and unload material in the machine shop. Material may be moved to and/or from racks, skids, or carts.
* Able to read work orders and follow oral instructions of the Lead and/or Supervisor in order to deliver the correct material to the machine shop.
* Product is brought to appropriate location using material moving equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and dollies.
* Remove cutting waist from the CNC machines, replacing full hoppers with empty ones, and loading smaller bins into the large storage bins.
* Maintain cleanliness around the work area as well as throughout the shop.
* Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is a necessary function of this position.

Position Summary:

The Test and Evaluation Coordinator I will independently coordinate the logistics of firearm testing in a support role. Position Summary:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage deadlines based on expectations.
Ensure that MRP (Material Requirements Planning) signals are accurate, appropriate, and are fully compliant with internal policies and customer requirements.
Work with Supply Chain management on resolving issues regarding Operations and Production.
Monitor parts through manufacturing processes and expedite as required.
Identify and manage end-of-life inventory and PO or work order liability and new product implementations for the program(s) with no supervision.

Position Summary:
This individual works within the Facilities Department. To perform maintenance on all CNC equipment, coordinate and support plant preventative maintenance systems, implement continuous improvement activities to support the manufacturing process. *This position will also perform preventative maintenance as well as help in continually developing our preventative maintenance program.
*Installs and repairs hydraulic, coolant or air systems which are associated with the machine.
*Repairs or replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators and other machine related equipment.
*Must be able to work on several projects at a time, to meet the needs of a rapidly changing environment.
*Ability to properly troubleshoot failure of mechanical components.
*Good communication skills, ability to follow directions and works well in either an individual or team environment.
*Familiarity with all required safety practices associated with the job and Follow safety procedures, security protocol, and wear proper PPE.
