I am an experienced communications and marketing leader who helps organizations build holistic and productive teams by using the power of strategic communications to attract, retain, engage, develop and empower employees. I lead internal and external communications, employee engagement and enterprise-wide initiatives to elevate culture, deliver best-in class products or services, and drive business goals. I am a DE&I advocate inside and outside of work, and a valued partner to leadership teams.

I have almost 20 years progressive experience in various industries such as media, public relations, real estate and healthcare.

I am a trusted advisor and sounding board to leadership teams; a great ideas facilitator, and collaborative team player. I whole-hearted believe that an organization’s success is only guaranteed if all employees feel valued, heard and positioned to do their best work every day. I am also deeply committed to the power of communications in advancing these initiatives.

In my spare time, I am an executive volunteer for a global humanitarian organization, working to engage stakeholders and advance conversations around DE&I, and overall employee wellness and culture.

I am also an avid soccer and volleyball mom, and full-time doting (aka tiger?) mom.
