Joseph Pappano is a CEO Sightline Payments at Sightline Payments and is based in Las Vegas, Nevada. He has worked as VP, Merchant Sales at FIFTH THIRD BANCORP; SVP and Managing Director of Worldpay Gaming at WORLDPAY, INC.; and SVP and Managing Director at Vantiv. Joseph attended Westminster College between 1989 and 1992 and UNIVERSITY OF AKRON.

Over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, operations and product development in the gaming and payments industries. Played in instrumental role in developing, launching and managing unique prepaid and private label credit card solutions, and introducing a proprietary network to facilitate cashless gaming payments. I currently manage client implementation, ongoing program support, performance metrics, acquisition and retention, risk management, AML/BSA/MSB compliance, and product & technology development. Jennifer Carleton joined Sightline having spent her entire legal career in the gaming sector. She was in-house counsel for an Indian casino and for the last 14 years an adviser to some of the premier public and private gaming and investment companies in the world.

Working in gaming for the past two decades has enabled Jennifer to develop a unique expertise in payments, mobile, internet and sports gaming, as well as an insider’s familiarity with the unique issues that arise when technology and regulation intersect. Jennifer is helping to establish an advanced Indian law and advanced gaming curriculum at the UNLV Boyd School of Law through her teaching at the law school and her work with the Dean’s Advisory Council.

Jennifer also dedicates a substantial amount of time to professional development and corporate philanthropy within her community. She is currently the chair of the Tyler Robinson Foundation, the charitable arm of the Grammy-winning band Imagine Dragons, dedicated to raising funds for pediatric cancer families.

John Gronen oversees all finance operations including banking, treasury, budgeting, and reporting. His experience delivers deep value to the Company having recently served as CFO for payments processor VPay, Inc. and head of operations for VCE, a subsidiary of EMC, Cisco Systems and VMWare. Previously he held senior finance and accounting roles with Technisource, Alltel and Delta Trust and Bank.

John also plays key roles for Sightline in M&A and fundraising in support of the Company’s high-octane organic and inorganic growth strategies.

Mark brings over 20 years of experience in information systems and information technologies and is his role at Sightline he is setting objectives and strategies for the IT department, implementing best of breed technology to streamline internal operations, oversees all facets of PCI and security compliance, and designs and customizes the platforms to improve the customer experience.

Prior to Sightline, Mark served as Vice President of Information Technology at Global Cash Access Inc. (NYSE:GCA) where he was responsible for systems, process and product development, and designing and implementing most of the organization’s enterprise IT infrastructure. Previously, he spent 10 years as Information Technology Director with Central Credit, a provider of gaming patron credit information services to casinos around the world.

Katrina Sevier is a Chief People Officer at Sightline Payments.

Muriel Lotto has over 25 years in International Marketing. Muriel has worked in France, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and in the United States at leading companies including Nestle, Unilever, Royal & SunAlliance, Bupa and Western Union.

Muriel leads transformative marketing strategies across audience definition and targeting, customer journeys, messaging, and media mix optimization. In her role, she will drive brand awareness and commercial results through public relations, creative, and advertising partners.
