Position Summary:
The Front Desk Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical practice by greeting patients, managing appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, and providing exceptional customer service. Patient Interaction & Front Desk Support
Greet patients upon arrival with a professional, courteous, and welcoming demeanor.

Administrative Tasks & Clinic Support
Open and close the clinic as needed, ensuring readiness and security.
Accurately collect and reconcile daily payments, including copays, deductibles, and outstanding balances.
Maintain and manage patient records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Monitor and respond to emails, and utilize shared digital tools (e.g., Google Drive) to stay updated.
Sales, Education, & Promotion
Stay knowledgeable of monthly promotions and communicate them to patients.
Educate patients on audiology services, promote related services/products, and adhere to audiology-related policies (where applicable)
Facility Maintenance & Professional Development
Keep the reception area clean and organized, including arranging chairs, updating magazines, and clearing personal items.
Actively participate in ongoing education and training through classes, webinars, or other professional development opportunities.
Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient privacy and ensuring the confidentiality of all health information.
Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required
One (1) year of experience in a medical office or customer service environment.
Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Work Schedule:

THE OPPORTUNITY AT HAND
We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Sterile Processing Technician to join our surgery center team. You will be responsible for decontaminating, sterilizing, and preparing surgical instruments, trays, and equipment used at the Center. You will ensure timely reprocessing between cases, maintains sterilization logs, and performs routine equipment checks (e.g., autoclave QI program). You'll support patient positioning when needed and help maintain a clean, safe environment, including OR turnover and terminal cleaning.
OUR EXPECTATIONS OF YOU
You'll decontaminate and inspect all surgical instruments and trays; prepare and label them for sterilization
You'll process and store peel-packed and small items safely
You'll apply appropriate cleaning and sterilization methods per AORN standards and manufacturer guidelines
You'll operate autoclaves and sterilization equipment per policy and safety standards
Efficiently reprocesses instruments between cases and post-schedule and return sterile items to designated storage locations
You'll inspect sterile packages for expiration and integrity
Ensure all infection and safety protocols are being followed
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Has successfully passed a nationally accredited central service exam and holds one of the following credentials from an accredited organization:
Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST)
Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT)
Or an equivalent credential High school diploma or equivalent
High school diploma or equivalent experience
You have a minumum of 2 years of experience as a surgical instrument technician
You are team oriented and have strong ethical standards
You are committed to providing exceptional patient care
Surgery Center experience is preferred but not required

Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in providing professional nursing care to patients undergoing ophthalmic surgical procedures. This includes care during the preoperative, intraoperative, and post-anesthesia recovery phases in a high-volume, fast-paced outpatient environment. The RN ensures safe, efficient, and compassionate care while maintaining compliance with clinical standards and protocols.
In this role, the RN is also responsible for learning and working in all functional areas of the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) within the scope of RN practice, including the preoperative area, operating room, and post-anesthesia care unit (PACU), to support the surgical team and ensure optimal patient flow and outcomes.
Job Duties & Essential Functions:
Preoperative
Perform nursing assessments and pre-surgical checklists.
Initiate IVs and administer preoperative medications.
Educate patients and families regarding surgical procedures and recovery expectations.
Intraoperative
Serve as circulating nurse during surgeries (cataract, LASIK, oculoplastic, retina, glaucoma).
Ensure patient safety, accurate documentation, and maintenance of a sterile surgical environment.
Collaborate closely with the surgical team and anesthesia providers to support optimal outcomes.
Post-Anesthesia Recovery
Monitor and assess patients during recovery following surgery.
Manage symptoms such as pain or nausea and respond to any complications per physician protocols.
Provide discharge instructions and ensure readiness for safe transition home.
General Responsibilities
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Communicate effectively with surgeons, surgical technologists, and administrative staff.
Rigorously follow infection control and patient safety guidelines.
Support performance improvement initiatives and assist with room turnover and supply management.
Act as a preceptor by training and mentoring new RN hires, nursing assistants, and licensed practical nurses (LPNs).
Collaborate with nursing assistants and LPNs to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient privacy and ensuring the confidentiality of all health information.
Special projects and other duties may be assigned as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Completion of a nursing program with clinical rotations in surgical, perioperative, or acute care settings.
Active registered nursing (RN) license in the state of employment
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification -- required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification - preferred (or obtained within 6 months of hire)
Willingness and ability to work in all clinical areas of the ASC, including preoperative, intraoperative, and post-anesthesia care.
Strong organizational skills, clinical judgment, and eagerness to develop surgical nursing competencies through orientation and mentorship.
Familiarity with electronic health records and surgical documentation systems.
Ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize care in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
1-2 years of experience in an ambulatory surgery center or outpatient surgical setting.
Prior experience in ophthalmic surgery (cataract, LASIK, retina, etc.).
Experience in preoperative, intraoperative, or PACU roles.

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Manager, Compliance Audit is responsible for enterprise-wide oversight of billing and coding compliance for clinical services, as well as ensuring timely audits of our transportation, EMR access, and termination procedures. This role ensures adherence to federal and state regulations through auditing, real-time monitoring, education, documentation, corrective action planning, and reporting aligned with the organization's Compliance Program. This is a role for someone with a strong auditing background as auditing makes up about 80% of this role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead prospective and retrospective billing and documentation compliance audits across clinical operations
Design audit methodologies, tools, sampling techniques, and risk-based monitoring programs
Analyze physician coding patterns, documentation practices, denials, and reimbursement trends
Identify compliance risks related to CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and modifier usage
Prepare formal audit reports, compliance investigation summaries, and executive-level metrics
Develop, implement, and monitor corrective action plans; evaluate effectiveness and sustainability
Perform ongoing compliance monitoring related to OMIG, CMS, OIG, payer requirements, and sanction/exclusion screening
Support annual compliance risk assessments and compliance work plans related to coding, billing, and documentation
Develop and maintain compliance policies, workflows, and education materials
Deliver provider and staff education on regulatory guidance, documentation standards, and audit findings
Serve as a subject matter expert and front-line compliance resource for clinics and revenue cycle teams
Maintain current knowledge of regulatory updates, advisory opinions, and enforcement trends
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of related experience
5+ years medical coding experience & 3+ years auditing experience
2+ years in a compliance department
2+ years managing staff
Strong Microsoft Office and project management skills
