GTM Systems Manager
Sigma Computing job in New York, NY
At Sigma, the GTM Systems Manager is more than an administrator - you are a builder, strategist, and enabler of growth that wants to be the face of building the best GTM Operating System with Sigma's product at the center. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: balancing long-term architectural design with fast, iterative builds that deliver immediate value. Your work will directly translate to pipeline generation, rep productivity, and revenue impact.
If you love solving complex GTM puzzles, thrive in high-growth SaaS, and get energy from turning messy data and processes into elegant, scalable workflows - this is your role.
What You'll Be Doing
Architect Scalable GTM Systems
* Own Salesforce and connected platforms (Outreach, Clay, LeanData, Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, Gong, etc.), ensuring systems are extensible, resilient, and strategically aligned.
* Work closely with Sr. Manager of GTM Systems and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical realities
Data Quality, Governance, & Enrichment
* Ensure CRM data is accurate, deduplicated, and enriched so every record is workable and actionable.
* Manage Lead routing & enrichment projects (firmographics, contact-level data, intent signals) in close partnership with MOPs
Workflow Automation & Signal Activation
* Translate GTM strategy into signal-based automations that route leads, assign territories, and trigger workflows in real time
* Operationalize sales plays and customer lifecycle motions through scalable workflow design
* Leverage orchestration platforms to help sellers take action on relevant insights in their territory
Strategic Influence & Cross-Functional Leadership
* Partner with RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and GTM leadership to define requirements, evaluate tradeoffs, and shape the systems roadmap
* Act as a trusted advisor on system design decisions, balancing business needs, user experience, and scalability
Who You Are
* Systems Thinker + Builder Hybrid: You zoom out to design scalable architectures, but you're equally comfortable building MVPs, testing quickly, and iterating based on feedback.
* GTM-Savvy Technologist: You understand B2B SaaS sales cycles, routing, ICPs, and pipeline dynamics - and can translate them into system logic.
* Data Obsessed: You believe clean, enriched, well-structured data is the lifeblood of GTM productivity.
* Collaborative Leader: You thrive at the crossroads of Ops, Enablement, and GTM leadership, influencing without formal authority.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in GTM Systems, RevOps, or related roles (with increasing responsibility).
* High-growth B2B SaaS experience at companies with technical products, enterprise sales motions, and strong partner presence
* Advanced Salesforce expertise (admin/certification preferred), including custom objects, automation, routing/territory design, and workflow management.
* Hands-on experience with GTM tools: Outreach, LeanData, Clay, Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, ZoomInfo, Gong, 6sense, etc..
* Proven track record running CRM enrichment projects and implementing governance frameworks.
* Strong grasp of GTM processes (lead routing, account assignment, pipeline stages, signal activation).
Bonus Points
* Experience building in Sigma
* Experience deploying AI/LLM-powered GTM workflows (e.g., research agents, conversation intelligence, autonomous outreach).
* Background in data pipeline design, enrichment strategies, and event-driven architecture.
