Home Health Aide - HHA At Avenues Home Care, our caregivers are our front line and most common representative. As a Home Health Aide - HHA, you will be caring for the elderly, vulnerable, disabled and most often those that cannot care for themselves. You are required to keep the client's needs above all else and perform the following duties with the utmost care. Our office in provides caregivers for the local area including Rossville, Woodland Hills, Lakeview, and many others Home Health Aide - HHA Primary Responsibilities: Assist the client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as specified in the client's plan of care created during in-take. Those activities may include but are not limited to: bathing, dressing, grooming, other personal hygiene, toileting, transferring, eating and continence care.
