This is a hybrid hunter + case-manager role: you will actively originate new military court-martial opportunities that do not yet exist in our current pipeline, then serve as the primary paralegal and case coordinator once retained.
Key Responsibilities
Proactive Lead Generation & Case Origination: Leverage your existing military legal contacts (former JAGs, TDS counsel, base legal offices, first sergeants, SARC/VA reps, online military defense groups, etc.) to identify and develop new courts-martial, administrative separation boards, and security-clearance cases for our medical experts.
Own the File from Intake to Trial: Once a case is retained, you become the day-to-day case manager and paralegalreviewing discovery (CID/NCIS/OSI reports, Article 32 transcripts, MRE 412/513/514/615 packets), drafting timelines and summaries for our experts, coordinating psychiatric evaluations and travel, assembling exhibit books, and supporting civilian defense counsel.
Medical-Legal Bridge: Translate complex military investigative records into concise, medico-legally focused summaries so our forensic experts can hit the ground running.
Client & Attorney Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between referring civilian counsel, detailed military defense counsel, the accused service member, and our medical experts.
Networking: Every new retained case you bring in pays substantial commission on top of your base.
Required Qualifications Non-Negotiable
Prior military paralegal experience working directly inside a JAG office, Trial Defense Service (TDS), or base legal office (Army 27D, Navy Legalman, AF 5J0X1, USMC 4421, Coast Guard YN-Legal or equivalent)
Hands-on experience supporting actual courts-martial or Article 32 preliminary hearings
Existing, active network of military contacts who trust you and will send cases your way

As a Pathways Rotational Associate within JPMorganChase, you will be hired into the firm based on eligibility, organizational fit and interview performance and then work with program management to place into a specific role suitable to personal interest, skill, professional experience, and business priorities. Participants complete up to two different roles via one-year rotations in teams across JPMC lines of business which include Consumer & Community Banking, Corporate/Centralized Functions, Asset & Wealth Management and Commercial & Investment Banking. Travel to customers sites in the US to perform RVI exams on a wide range of applications.

We have already handled numerous high-profile military cases (sexual assault, drug cases, officer misconduct, death investigations, etc.) and now seek one exceptional paralegal to drive growth in this division.
This is a hybrid hunter + case-manager role: you will actively originate new military court-martial opportunities that do not yet exist in our current pipeline, then serve as the primary paralegal and case coordinator once retained.
Key Responsibilities
Proactive Lead Generation & Case Origination: Leverage your existing military legal contacts (former JAGs, TDS counsel, base legal offices, first sergeants, SARC/VA reps, online military defense groups, etc.) to identify and develop new courts-martial, administrative separation boards, and security-clearance cases for our medical experts.
Own the File from Intake to Trial: Once a case is retained, you become the day-to-day case manager and paralegal-reviewing discovery (CID/NCIS/OSI reports, Article 32 transcripts, MRE 412/513/514/615 packets), drafting timelines and summaries for our experts, coordinating psychiatric evaluations and travel, assembling exhibit books, and supporting civilian defense counsel.
Medical-Legal Bridge: Translate complex military investigative records into concise, medico-legally focused summaries so our forensic experts can hit the ground running.
Client & Attorney Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between referring civilian counsel, detailed military defense counsel, the accused service member, and our medical experts.
Networking: Every new retained case you bring in pays substantial commission on top of your base.
Required Qualifications - Non-Negotiable
Prior military paralegal experience working directly inside a JAG office, Trial Defense Service (TDS), or base legal office (Army 27D, Navy Legalman, AF 5J0X1, USMC 4421, Coast Guard YN-Legal or equivalent)
Hands-on experience supporting actual courts-martial or Article 32 preliminary hearings
Existing, active network of military contacts who trust you and will send cases your way
Proven ability to pull and digest military records quickly and accurately
Flawless attention to military procedure, deadlines, and rules (RCM, MRE, etc.)
Absolute integrity and discretion-security-clearance-level loyalty
Self-starter who needs zero supervision and thrives on commission-based growth
