Jay Cohen is a Chair, Board of Directors at Techserve Alliance and Founder and CEO at Signature Consultants and is based in Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area. Jay studied at Albany between 1970 and 1974, University of Miami School of Medicine between 1982 and 1984, and Joan & Sanford I. Weill Medical College of Cornell University between 1974 and 1978.
