If you love Aviation then you would like this particular employer. For it's a private FBO, so the aircraft is up close and personal.
Job title and duties do NOT match up. This keeps the job well under paid .So, if you never worked in aviation then you would think the pay is great...but if you've been around the field and know the difference in their so-called jod titles versus their duties.. You certainly see that staff is misinformed, misled and highly underpaid. You have pilots CSR's doing exactly what an Admin does for Flight Operations for little pay ..not to mention. Doingother duties such as wing walking in inappropriate footwear. Everyone wants to be buddy buddy instead of setting boundaries...
Talking to clients
Unfamiliar with the CEO..Leadership needs to really revamp and revisit roles and duties. Also, leadership needs to enforce "boundaries" at work and effectively how to counsel employees rather its good or bad, communicate better. There isn't any reason why a GM would go and discuss conversations/ concerns being had with employees to their peers.
Nor just have a mandatory sign-off in LMS regarding respect, rules etc...but to openly discuss hot topics.Such as generational banter, inappropriate language, making jokes about disabilities... Start looking at resumes and experience..because it's obvious you have a ton of prople in position who just clearly memorized literature but cannot comprehend the why etc.... People coming in with the must needed background can be a help but management refuses to care or take notice of the benefit is brings to have people around who are quite knowledgeable.
I just looked at the video on your website..but I should have looked at employee reviews as well
Below the industry average.
It's ok but I noticed people are constantly referring to anyone over the age of 40ish as "old"... That has to stop.. Agism is a big deal
