Fairhaven is seeking a full-time Life Enrichment ActivityAide in our Supportive Care area to perform a variety of activities supporting the Life Enrichment function. This non-exempt position is 40 hours per week, (8:30-5:00pm) with some flexibility required.
Primary Function: Implementing activities in compliance with requirements or regulations to meet the well-being needs of each resident under the direction of the life enrichment coordinator.
Essential Functions:
* Facilitates opportunities to meet resident needs through group or individual planned activities primarily in Supportive Care.
* Works collaboratively with life enrichment coordinator and life enrichment assistants to ensure quality programs/planning for involvement that meet specific interests and needs.
* Assists with planning, posting, and completion of programs for monthly calendars.
* Assists the L.E. Coordinator with documentation that charts and supports engagement.
* Assist with completing documentation requirements that fall under federal and state guidelines.
* Assists with orientation of new activity staff and volunteers as needed.
* Notifies supervisor when supplies are needed, equipment needs repair, and when facilities need further maintenance.

Evergreen Center is currently seeking Direct Care Staff to work a weekend double shift schedule. This position is 33.5 hours per week, including (2) consecutive double shifts on the weekend and one mandatory team meeting during the week. Additional shifts may be selected each week based on need and availability.
The schedule is as follows:
Saturday/Sunday 7am-11pm; 1pm-2:30pm (team meeting day varies by location)
Positions will be responsible for the implementation of instructional activities and treatment programs in the classrooms, residences, and the surrounding community. Bilingual and bicultural backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
$2,000 incentive bonus
Qualifications
