Responsibilities Transport residents to appointments, community events, and others as needed Confirm doctors' appointments for residents Notify family of arrangements regarding appointments Monitor daily documentation and filing All other duties as assigned Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistants Certification preferred, or willingness to complete a state-approved CNA program and become a Nursing Assistant (CNA) within six (6) months of hire. Current/active CPR certification Valid State Driver's License with no more than 3 entries; counting accidents, moving violation, and failures to appear Customer Service oriented, able to work well under pressure
