Overview
* Provide interim training and support for the scheduling functions of a skilled nursing facility to enhance the effectiveness of the facility, while they have a vacancy in the Workforce Management Scheduler role.

* Monitor overtime closely with the goal of decreasing/eliminating overtime.

* Utilize the functionality of the Time System software, including posting open shifts, filling open shifts, PTO approval/denial, and stakeholder messaging.

* Make staffing adjustments as needed according to budgetary constraints, census fluctuations, call-offs, and pre-planned leaves of absence.
