Pros of working at Signature Homes

Jonathan Belcher - Co Owner is great to work for. He has integrity , honesty and truly cares about his employees

Cons of working at Signature Homes

The former CEO has a Superiority Complex. He thinks he is everyone’s Mentir and can teach them everything. He reads all these self help and motivational speaker books. Interprets the information and crams it down employees throat. His wife is the Sskes manager and she is a menace to the world. You get on her bad side and you are history. She stretches the truth and has no work ethic. If she did not work for the company the company would be a lot better off. She is not above breaking the law if it benefits her.

All of the different people. The comp as my has a great group of people that have each others back. That is all due to the influence of Jonathan Belcher. If he did not work there 75% of the current people would leave.

Jonathan Belcher is the epitome of a CEO. He runs the business with integrity and not to the detriment of the employees

The culture of the company is great. Most people working there constantly thrive to make the company great. The Sales Manager drags the company down

I met with the person as going to working for, provided a resume with my work experience background and education. At the interview I was just myself

Pay and Inventive was good
