If you happen to have good management you can learn a lot
It was impossible to progress. I was kept as an apprentice forever and doing bench work but never allowed to be promoted. Then I was bullied out of a job at all.
Health insurance and a desk job
Leadership that does not listen to employees and blatantly lies. No work life balance. Only yes men rewarded. Repeats history of bad choices.
Jewelry discount
Nothing. All leadership who was trust worthy and dedicated to the people have left, retired or been fired. Current leadership is just aiming to fill their pockets as much as they can before sinking the ship
Go back in time about 20 years and don't do anything the same past then.
Reading the job description and having questions for them prepared
Pitiful. Most skilled people could make 5 bucks more an hour managing a taco bell and the oldest workers make the least
