The Sr. Treasury Analyst position is responsible for financial planning and analysis related to cash management and hedging positions. This includes reconciling and setting the daily cash positions, forecasting cash flow needs, performing variance analysis review on cash positions. In addition, this key Treasury role is involved in executing foreign exchange (FX) and commodities transactions, preparing and presenting hedging results/updates to management, and participating in the monthly/quarterly financial close process.
Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for daily cash management including execution of transactions and daily cash reconciliation.
Ensure payments are initiated and properly posted on a timely basis.
Maintain weekly consolidated cash forecast and provide reporting.
Participates in daily borrowing and investment activity within guidelines
Coordinates and resolves payment issues with banks.
Prepares audit documentation for Internal and External Audit.
Analyzes general ledger and other information to determine cash flow variances.
Prepares journal entry documentation and coordinate monthly closing activities with Accounting.
Utilize FX and commodity forecasts from Signet's operating entities to prepare hedging analyses and develop recommendations.
Execute spot and hedge transactions and prepare documentation such as quarterly mark-to-market valuation and hedge effectiveness analysis.
Safeguard cash and financial transactions by remaining compliant with treasury policies and procedures and SOX requirements.
Maintain all supporting legal documentation related to derivative transactions.
Support the development of a robust and scalable FX and hedging program
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; with 5+ years of relevant Treasury, Financial Analysis, Investment, and/or Accounting experience, to include demonstrated proficiency in the following:
Analyzing financial data
Reconciling financial accounts, exposures or similar activities
Preparing monthly/quarterly financial reporting for senior management using Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills and Excel skills
Experience in FX and commodity hedging is a plus
Must be familiar with standard financial concepts, practices, and procedures within the finance/accounting/treasury field.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Compliance Manager will lead the development and execution of global compliance focused on customs regulations and international trade practices. This role is accountable for ensuring that all imported and exported goods meet legal and internal requirements.
The role includes direct supervision of a team of Compliance Analysts, providing strategic and operational leadership to build a strong compliance foundation that supports Signet Brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customs & Trade Compliance
Ensure full compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations and international trade laws.
Oversee classification (HTS), valuation, country of origin declarations, and use of preferential trade programs (e.g., USMCA, GSP).
Manage relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal logistics stakeholders.
Monitor tariff updates, duty implications, and trade policy developments and work cross-functionally to ensure execution.
Team Leadership & Development
Manage and develop a team of Compliance Specialists, ensuring clarity of roles, accountability, and ongoing skill development.
Provide daily guidance, workload prioritization, and coaching on regulatory matters and internal policies.
Lead performance reviews and promote continuous improvement in compliance execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the subject matter expert on compliance implications for sourcing decisions, new product launches, and special programs.
Work closely with Legal, Logistics, QA, Sourcing, and Buying teams to align on compliance objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, international trade, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in customs compliance, trade operations, or international logistics.
Solid understanding of U.S. Customs regulations, HTS classification, country of origin rules, and preferential trade programs (e.g., USMCA, GSP).
Proven ability to manage and coach a team in a fast-paced operational environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across departments.
Proficiency with compliance tools and systems
Ability to adapt to changing regulations and maintain compliance in day-to-day operations.

Major Areas of Responsibility
* Protects the Company's assets to include the Associate, Merchandise and Property
* Monitors all ID badges for entry/exit to the facility and warehouse for all associates.
* Monitors all visitors, vendors and contractors entry/exit to the facility and warehouse.
* Monitors/controls all sample merchandise, RTV (Return to Vendor), damage and charity product that is disposed of in accordance with company guidelines. Monitors all fire and safety regulations within the facility.
* Monitors FA/BA (Fire Alarms/Burglar Alarms) to ensure proper responses and/or dispatching.
* Ensures trailers are properly handled at the gatehouse and in the trailer yards.
* Responds to emergency situations, such as medical, fire, weather, hazardous material and security related incidents and takes appropriate actions, as stated by Marmaxx policy.
* Assists in evacuations as necessary.
* Ensures 0% physical security breakdowns.
* Conducts on-going loss prevention, safety, and shrinkage awareness programs for all associates, and management staff.
* Ensures policies and procedures are consistently followed. Reports unsafe conditions and acts to appropriate personnel.
* Discovers and documents facts by conducting basic investigations to associate dishonesty, power equipment accidents and personnel injury accidents.
* Conducts audits that are designed to uncover dishonesty, paperwork errors and shrink related opportunities and ensures compliance with government regulations and insurance requirements.
* Initiates/maintains all investigations of dishonest acts, sabotage and accidents.
* Conducts safety and security tours of the distribution center identifying unsafe acts, weakness in the program, etc.
* Conducts audit to identify accuracy issues and operational execution areas.
Job Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent job experience.
* 1-2 years of security and/or Loss Prevention experience.
* Background in school/work pertaining to Criminal Justice field
* Ability to handle confidential information.
* Ability to interact with all levels of management and staff.
* Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
* Computer skills preferred
