Armed Security Officer (Part-Time) - Corporate Office

Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
About the Role
Signet Jewelers is seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Armed Security Officer to support security operations at our corporate office. In this role, you'll help ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors while protecting company assets.

What You'll Do
Maintain a secure environment by enforcing safety protocols, security procedures, and company policies
Control access to the facility and distribution areas, including screening and inspections of outgoing materials
Conduct regular patrols, monitor activity, and respond appropriately to incidents or concerns
Accurately document incidents, observations, and daily activity reports
Assist with investigations and asset recovery efforts alongside the Security Leadership Team
Participate in ongoing training related to firearms proficiency, public safety, and security operations
Serve as a visible, professional presence while building positive rapport with employees and visitors
Perform additional security-related duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED required (Criminal Justice degree preferred)
Prior private security experience required; military or law enforcement background a plus
Valid 20-Hour Private Security Firearms Certificate (O.P.O.T.C.) or ability to obtain within 90 days
Strong communication skills and sound judgment
Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive in high-pressure situations

This role is required to be on-site, weekly, at our NYC office, Monday - Friday
The Manager is responsible for all end-user support activities in our New York office. This includes but is not limited to managing hardware inventory and asset management, resolving end user issues and requests, coordinating with other technology teams as needed to address support needs, and deploying new hardware as required. Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Service Desk in the New York office, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents and service requests
Monitor ticket queues, prioritize escalations and ensure consistent follow-though according to Signet's SLAs
Manage hardware inventory for computers and consumables through Signet's Asset Management solution
Provide Tier 2/3 support for all NY incidents and service requests
Deploy and configure hardware, including the installation and support of software applications
Serve as technical point of escalation in one or more of managed technologies
Complete projects by coordinating resources and timelines with various departments
Manage support activities to ensure that service level agreements are met or exceeded
Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customs Compliance Analyst for a 90-day contract to support our import/export compliance operations. In this role, you will ensure adherence to U.S., Canadian, and other applicable customs laws and regulations while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations. Respond to department and vendor inquiries regarding classification, duty rates, documentation requirements, and import/export regulations to ensure timely movement of goods.
Monitor customs brokers for timely clearance, accurate data transmission, payment of duties and fees, and resolution of entry issues.
Assist with product classification using the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) and Canada, referencing GRI's, Binding Rulings, Explanatory Notes, and other established Customs resources.
Support ISA, C-TPAT, PIP, and Fish & Wildlife program maintenance, including validations, vendor questionnaires, certifications, reporting, and training.
Conduct audits of customs data, including shipments, valuations, and compliance accuracy.
Assist in preparing drawback claims and ensure compliance with Signet's Customs Compliance Manual, Desktop Procedures, and C-TPAT Manual.
Participate in special projects as assigned by the Director of Import & Export Compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Customs, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Customs Compliance (import/export) and/or Trade Compliance.

As a Financial Analyst, you'll serve as a strategic financial partner to the Digital & Technology (D&T) team, driving smart investment decisions and efficient use of resources. Ensure GAAP compliance while translating complex financial and operational data into actionable insights for D&T and Finance leadership through clear, impactful metrics and reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and manage the annual Digital & Technology (D&T) budget, including monthly forecasts, variance analysis, and identification of discrepancies and trends
Prepare and deliver monthly D&T financial reports, providing clear explanations of variances versus budget and forecast to Finance and D&T leadership
Partner closely with D&T project managers and IT stakeholders to support project forecasting, including analysis of invoices, reconciliation to forecasts, and recasting projections based on usage trends and evolving business needs (e.g., telecommunications and store-level technology expenses)
Manage and forecast company-wide software and technology spend (e.g., SAP, Workday, Microsoft), including renewals, cost planning, and collaboration with Sourcing and IT teams
Support the monthly close through accrual and cash accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, invoice tracking, and accurate expense recognition
Collaborate with Audit and Finance teams on capital requests, ensuring proper classification between capital and expense and compliance with accounting and audit requirements
Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc financial analyses using advanced Excel, AI, and other analytical tools to enhance financial insight and reporting
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting with 2+ years experience
Excellent Excel skills (Including Pivot table & Vlookup)
SAP Experience, preferred
Alteryx & Tableau, preferred

The Distribution Center Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for the Loss Prevention, Physical Security and Fire Safety Programs within the DC and works in partnership with Operations management to resolve shrinkage issues and protect company assets.
* Manage the implementation and execution of all loss prevention, physical security and safety programs within the DC.
* Ensure all shrink awareness, access control, alarm system management, merchandise audit security programs, transportation and seal control.
* Secure facility and its associates during emergencies and labor-related concerns and events.
* Manage the recruiting, hiring and training of LP associates within the building to ensure technical and professional development.
* Develop, in conjunction with the DC Occupational Health and Safety Manager, fire/safety programs to ensure compliance with company insurance, OSHA and NFPA guidelines.
* Develop relationships with outside agencies, local police, fire departments, insurance companies and external security agencies.
* Manage all investigations within the DC.
* Perform special projects as assigned.
Who We Are Looking For: You.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
* Knowledge of Distribution Center operations is preferred.
* Proven knowledge of Loss Prevention, physical security and safety regulations
* Investigations/interviewing skills.
* Minimum of 3 years directing security operations and Loss Prevention management experience, preferably in a DC environment.
