At Mobile Notary Public Services we offer a unique form of being a Notary Public. Being open 24hrs by appointment, daily schedules will vary because appointments for the same forms of documentation will hardly be consistent. We thrive to reach a diverse clientele in need of our services by offering a plethora of notarizations. As a result of the variation, a flexible schedule is necessary to fulfill the fluctuation. Working as a Notary Public is more than just watching someone sign a document, stamping it with your seal, and signing your name. When a notary affixes his or her name to a document, they are assuming all liabilities that come with this legal document. We expect anyone who contracts with us to have a thorough knowledge of the laws that deal with officiating documents.
*REQUIREMENTS* for position:

* Proficiency in navigating Android/iOS mobile devices

*Job Responsibilities*
* Decipher awareness of signers willingness, consciousness, and competency of documents

* Knowledge of typical notary legal documents ( ie, Last will, Living will, Mortgage Loan and Loan signings, Power of Attorney and Durable Power of Attorney, Deed signings, Motor Vehicle Titles)

* Take acknowledgements, verification on oath or affirmation & administer oaths and affirmations

* Witness or attest a signature

* Certify or attest a copy of a record or deposition

* Note a protest of a negotiable instrument

* Commuting to signings

* Business Casual/Professional dress
