You're comfortable managing many deals at once and keeping transactions moving efficiently from inquiry to close (up to approximately 75 - 100 per week)
You've worked with software systems that support the sales and transaction process (CRMs, deal management tools, listing platforms, or internal workflows)
You understand how to follow structured sales processes while still using judgment and negotiation skills
You're confident communicating with buyers, sellers, and agents and know how to move conversations toward clear outcomes
You're detail-oriented and understand that speed, accuracy, and follow-through matter in high-volume real estate
You collaborate well with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and keep deals on track
You operate with professionalism, integrity, and consistency, even under pressure
Job Type: This role is a temporary, full-time position that is expected to last 6 months with the possibility of a 6 month extension or conversion to permanent status. 40 per week, 8 hour shift.
Pay: from $50,000-$65,000 per year, dependent on experience.

Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Westerville and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks.
Requirements:
You must be a currently licensed real estate agent ( We can help you get licensed )
You must have access to the MLS
You must have experience showing homes in the Westerville area.
You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox
Agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.
