Summary:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities within the organization. This role involves managing the maintenance team, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring the reliability and efficiency of equipment and facilities. The Maintenance Manager collaborates with various departments to minimize downtime, reduce operational costs, and enhance overall equipment performance. Essential Functions:
Lead and manage a team of 14-16 maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.

Establish and maintain maintenance schedules for key equipment and facilities.

Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and organizational policies.

Position Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
Experience:
5-10 years in maintenance/engineering management, must be in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
A minimum of 5 years of Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a maintenance team.
Strong technical knowledge of machinery, equipment, and maintenance processes.

Summary:
The Engineering Manager oversees and optimizes the operations of a manufacturing facility. They serve as leaders in ensuring that the machinery, equipment, processes, and systems within the manufacturing facility operate efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.
Essential Functions:
Ensure the machinery, equipment, and systems within the manufacturing facility are well-maintained and operate efficiently. This includes conducting routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Collaborate with Process Engineers and production teams to identify areas for process optimization, efficiency enhancement, and cost reduction. Implement improvements.
Diagnose and resolve equipment and operational issues to minimize downtime and disruptions to the production process, often with the assistance of Process Engineers.
Ensure all operations and equipment adhere to safety regulations and standards. Implement safety protocols and guidelines to minimize workplace hazards and ensure team compliance.
Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects related to the manufacturing facility's operations, including the installation of new equipment or process modifications. Coordinate with Process Engineers in project execution.
Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to maintain and enhance product quality. Identify defects and implement corrective actions in collaboration with Process Engineers.
Manage the plant's budget and control expenses related to maintenance, repairs, and capital projects, in consultation with Process Engineers.
Ensure the manufacturing facility complies with environmental regulations and promotes sustainable and eco-friendly practices, with input and support from Process Engineers.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, equipment specifications, and other relevant data. Ensure that Process Engineers also maintain records pertinent to their responsibilities.
Position Qualifications
Education:

Experience:

Summary:
The primary purpose of the Sr. Maintenance Technician is to ensure production and operations are running safely at the most efficient level achievable, producing the highest possible production quality. Essential Functions:
Performs troubleshooting and repair on electrical/electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic mechanical systems.
Analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs equipment.

Qualifications
Education:

Five (5) years of mechanical technical hands-on experience.
Ability to read and use schematics, gauges, tools and instruments.
Ability to use appropriate hand, power and specialty tools and diagnostic equipment to complete job tasks.
Must have sound knowledge and experience in Industrial Maintenance environment with repair and troubleshooting machine issues and breakdowns along with general maintenance.
Must have experience in welding with MIG and/or arc welder.

Late model equipment - Drivers receive either a Freightliner Cascadia, or International ProStar tractor which include:
Sirius XM Radio, Auxiliary Heating and Cooling, Spacious Cabins, Noise Dampending Insulation, All trucks are rotated out for new models at 500,000 miles
