Summary: The General Utility Associate helps the facility in several ways. They work with production to ensure production lines have materials, completes paperwork, maintain housekeeping, and can assist with quality checks so the team operates smoothly and safely. This position also helps ensure shipments are staged, loaded, and labeled correctly to ensure that the correct product goes out on time every shift. Essential Functions: Work closely with plant staff to provide a safe work environment. Uses hand tools or simple machines in production. Responsible for starting and operating production line. Provide raw materials to production line. Empty production line into pallets for WIP or finished goods. Helps maintain and count inventory of production, parts and materials. Completes shift paperwork accurately and timely. Prepare pallet with proper label and paperwork for storage or shipment to customer. Use proper packaging materials based on product type and shipping method. Responsible for building pallets to keep up with product output. Unload/load trucks and stage products into correct location. Periodically inspect for quality issues. May be done visually or with tools. Report safety and quality issues, along with any maintenance needs to supervisor Keep the work area clean using 6S process. Other duties as assigned. Summary: The Forklift Driver supports the production team by supplying raw materials and unloading and staging finished products. This role will also ensure that the finished product is marked properly for inventory and shipping needs. The Forklift Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle. Essential Functions Conduct all required pre-operational, operational, and post-operational checks/duties of the Forklift. Summary: The General Utility Associate helps the facility in several ways. They work with production to ensure production lines have materials, completes paperwork, maintain housekeeping, and can assist with quality checks so the team operates smoothly and safely. This position also helps ensure shipments are staged, loaded, and labeled correctly to ensure that the correct product goes out on time every shift. Essential Functions: Work closely with plant staff to provide a safe work environment. Uses hand tools or simple machines in production. Responsible for starting and operating production line. Provide raw materials to production line. Empty production line into pallets for WIP or finished goods. Helps maintain and count inventory of production, parts and materials. Completes shift paperwork accurately and timely. Prepare pallet with proper label and paperwork for storage or shipment to customer. Use proper packaging materials based on product type and shipping method. Responsible for building pallets to keep up with product output. Unload/load trucks and stage products into correct location. Periodically inspect for quality issues. May be done visually or with tools. Report safety and quality issues, along with any maintenance needs to supervisor Keep the work area clean using 6S process. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Experience: General work experience in manufacturing or similar preferred. Essential Functions: Performs troubleshooting and repair on electrical/electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic mechanical systems. Analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs equipment. Read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, blueprints, service manuals, and work orders to perform required maintenance. Check and inspect assigned equipment during preventative maintenance. Reports findings to management. Performs corrections on electrical issues through knowledge of drives and PLCs. Ensure machine productivity and quality after repairs, changeovers, and extended down time. Complete work orders and update maintenance tracking system. Respond quickly to issues or concerns that may put employees at risk for injury, to include rectifying immediate dangers. Communicate existing and potential issues with group leaders/maintenance manager. Qualifications Education: Minimum High School diploma or GED and mechanical apprenticeship and/or vocational school/technology certificate in mechanic. Experience: Five (5) years of mechanical technical hands-on experience. Ability to read and use schematics, gauges, tools and instruments. Ability to use appropriate hand, power and specialty tools and diagnostic equipment to complete job tasks. Must have experience in welding with MIG and/or arc welder.
