Summary:

Summary:
This role is responsible for creating CAM programs, setting up, operating CNC machines, inspecting machined parts against engineering drawings, and identifying optimal materials and machining strategies to ensure efficient and high-quality production. They will fabricate precision crafted parts in steel, aluminum and plastic used on complex equipment, working from tentative design, rough sketch or verbal instructions.
Essential Functions:
Practice safe work methods and support development of JSA and risk assessments.

Lead the creation and execution of the enterprise-wide data strategy and global data governance initiatives including Data Documentation, Data Quality, Data Access Control, Data Integration and Interoperability, Data Change Management, and Master Data Management, all to directly support organizational priorities. Incorporates global third-party data into the strategy, including competitive intelligence, market scanning, and other external data insights.
Drive the vision and roadmap for leveraging data to create value and drive digital transformation across the organization.
Establish and/or maintain the Enterprise Data frameworks and policies to ensure data governance, integrity, privacy, security, and compliance.
Oversee the design and implementation of scalable and secure data architecture that supports business intelligence, analytics, and advanced data science initiatives (in collaboration with IS).
Champion data quality initiatives to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data used across the organization.
Promote the use of data visualizations, statistical modeling and advanced analytics to generate actionable insights that drive business performance and strategic decisions.
Partner closely with Enterprise Architecture on activities related to data strategy, design, architecture and solutioning.
Create and manage an Aptar Data Encyclopedia, detailing all data used by segments and departments, including how it is created and managed.
Continuously monitor the creation of new data and ensure its harmonization (in conjunction with Data Representatives)
Create robust processes to centrally manage Master Data across all Aptar IT platforms.
Drive Data Democratization by establishing a governance model focused on report reuse and lifecycle management.
Business Partnering and Matrixed Relationships
Establish and maintain effective relationships with cross functional leaders and collaborate to ensure alignment of data strategy with localized initiatives and ensure adherence to enterprise data and architecture principles/policies.
Work with IS to integrate data governance, data management practices, and technological solutions, ensuring a unified approach to data utilization.
Partner with business units to identify key data opportunities, ensuring data is used to solve complex business challenges.
Identify, collaborate, and champion innovative data technologies and solutions, such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), predictive analysis, big data, and cloud computing, to enhance the organization's data capabilities.
Executive Level Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on stakeholder engagement activities, key metrics, and potential risks or opportunities.

Conduct routine preventive maintenance on automated palletizing, box handling, and robotic extraction systems. Including robotic arms / EOAT, conveyors, discrete devices, and control systems, following established maintenance schedules and procedures.
Perform daily systems checks to verify all quality checks are working properly.
Perform required housekeeping, keeping all storage areas organized.
Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve issues with palletizing and product handling systems, such as jams, misalignments, and mechanical failures.
Dismantle, inspect, and overhaul equipment, as required by preventive maintenance program and production schedules.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns or malfunctions, implementing corrective actions and repairs to restore operations in a timely manner.
Document maintenance activities, equipment configurations, and troubleshooting procedures accurately in maintenance logs and electronic systems.

Summary:
This role is responsible for creating CAM programs, setting up, operating CNC machines, inspecting machined parts against engineering drawings, and identifying optimal materials and machining strategies to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
