Chief Executive of Silver Heritage Group (SVH:ASX), which he co-founded in 2003 and took public in August 2016 on the Australian Securities Exchange. Silver Heritage has interests in hotel and casino developments in Asia, with a focus on India and Vietnam. The Group has recently opened South Asia’s first Integrated Resort, situated in Nepal between the two UNESCO World Heritage sites of Chitwan and Lumbini, proximate to the 430 million Indians living in Northern India between Delhi and Kolkata. After graduating with a Finance degree from the Roberto C. Goizueta Business School at Emory University in Atlanta in 1998, Mike worked with Victor Chandler International in Gibraltar, South Korea and Malaysia before leaving to establish Silver Heritage in 2003. Based in Hong Kong, Mike was voted one of The Asian Gaming Top 50 (Asian Gaming Magazine) and 2016's \'Emerging Leaders 40 under 40\' (GGB/Innovation).

Basil’s last role was the CFO of the Brisbane Racing Club, which owns and operates two racecourses and has diversified revenue streams, including from Electronic Gaming Machines EGMs). During his tenure, Basil was involved in the finance aspects of various multi-million dollar projects, including the acquisition of a sports club with EGMs. Prior to Brisbane Racing Club, Basil was the CFO of a very successful leading leagues club in Sydney which operated 474 EGMs. Basil’s Casino Resort experience, in various capacities including as CFO, was with the 4.5 star Lasseters Hotel Casino and Convention Centre in Alice Springs (205 rooms, 330 EGMs and 26 Live Gaming Tables), previously the Wharf Casino in Queenstown, the 5 star Cypress Lakes Resort and Golf Club and the Golden Door Health Retreat in the Hunter Valley as well as previously the Holiday Inn on Flinders. Basil is a Fellow of CPA Australia as well as CA of Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
