Complete quality checks on all finished products bi-weekly and manage customer specifications for finished products.
Process paperwork timely, accurately, and legibly per facility procedures; manage mill tracking forms, mill cost tracking sheets, daily and month-end inventory management.
Communicate process and equipment deficiencies with other operators, maintenance personnel, and management.
Perform duties to transfer, load, and move grain to appropriate locations. Responsible for the proper movement, storage, loading, and unloading of product.
Perform cleaning of milling area and equipment, as necessary.
Depending on location needs, may be trained on and responsible for safely operating a forklift.

Maintain a clean work area, ensuring it remains dust-free to eliminate wheel contamination.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience painting in an industrial environment or autobody shop is preferred, however not required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or factory environment preferred.

Comfortable with handling heat and wearing protective clothing during loading and offloading ovens.

Responsibilities:
* Promoting and practicing safety awareness
* Prioritize on time performance to meet customer needs
* Pick up and drop off our customers safely to their destinations
* Provide excellent customer service
* Communicate timely with our Dispatch Center
* Open and close all doors/hatches for the crew members
* Report any defects, mechanical problems, or missing items found during vehicle inspection to your supervisor
* Promote and follow all company policies and procedures
* All other duties as assigned by your supervisor

Our ideal candidate must:
* Be at least 21 years old
* Have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Have a minimum of 3 years driving experience (personal or work-related)
* Must be able to pass a post offer drug screening, MVR, and homeland security background check
* Be able to arrive to the branch location within 30 minutes to ensure on-time performance is achieved
* Have a medical DOT card (or obtain one upon hire)
