In-Store Crew Members are part of an Inshop tipping pool that is included on the employee's biweekly paycheck. Group 120 Inc. dba Jimmy's John's is a fast paced, high energy workplace. We are looking for team members who will provide superior customer service, are self-motivated, have attention to detail, and enjoy interacting with customers. This includes having the ability to make a sandwich quickly and precisely, keep the store hospital clean, and follow systems and procedures. Lunch shifts start between 10:00 am and 11:00 am and go to 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Evening shifts normally start between 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm and end between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm. We're looking for both part-time and full-time employees to fill these positions, whichever works best for your schedule.
