Responsibilities * Process correspondence, reports, proposals and contract documents and internal communications. * Work with assigned managers, work cooperatively on any and all projects by their assigned managers * Assist in developing and building prospect and client accounts as designated by the annual sales plan and as designated. * Receive incoming calls and greet guests. * Conduct personal and telephone contacts in a courteous and professional manner with each person who enters or calls the Sales Department. * Refer, as appropriate, the caller or visitor to the proper sales staff person or hotel department. * Process incoming and outgoing mail. * Assist with solicitation and compile appropriate promotional packets, mailings, lists and files. * Assist with special client requests for site inspections, room service gifts, and interdepartmental coordination of other related client services. * Maintain filing systems, form letters, forms, mailing lists and sales collateral materials. * Input data and maintain computer database, to include form letters, reports and direct mail lists. * Coordinate assignments and maintain communication with various staff and other departments of the hotel as directed and as appropriate. * Maintain traces and appropriate client status reports. * Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements including shipping and coordinating collateral for trade shows and presentations. * Work cooperatively with other members of the sales team as well as other departments to create new systems and strategies to increase sales and enhance sales programs. * Maintain communication with Sales Directors/Managers and Hotel Department Managers regarding reservations activity. * Maintain correspondence with group leaders regarding hotel reservations activity. * Infrequent business travel may be required. * Participate in community events, special events, etc. as assigned. * Maintain a positive work environment by conducting all communication with clients, prospects, colleagues, co-workers and supervisors in a professional, friendly, cooperative and helpful manner. * Other assignments as assigned my management. JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for training and overseeing the daily operations of Deep Cleaning personnel and supervisors to achieve complete customer satisfaction and department goals. To promote excellent employee relations. Responsible for the deep cleaning of public guest areas on a daily basis and special projects assigned throughout the day. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as required. Responsible for the training of all Heavy Duty Cleaners Acquiring the necessary equipment and supplies prior to starting of assignments Overall basic knowledge of deep cleaning Knowledge of paint application (i.e. walls and case good touch up) Knowledge of shampoo equipment (i.e. extractors, chemicals) Maintain accurate records Adherence to all EVS Procedures and rules Shampoo all guest hallways Handle all departmental Bio Hazards. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Greets and answers phones in a professional manner. Participates in casino-invited events, concerts and tournaments as scheduled. Physically walks the casino floor for all forms of customer service needs. Monitors casino floor to identify non-carded players and promotes new card enrollments for my Advantage Club. Create and categorize reports on a daily basis. Cultivates player loyalty to the property through building one to one relationships and face-to-face conversation time with guests. Responsible for increasing trip activity in prospect and inactive accounts through assigned telemarketing. Identifies and recognizes players actively engaged in gaming areas on the casino floor. Researches detailed account information to guide casino players on achieving increased card levels within a rewards based tiered card program. Maintains a comprehensive understanding of the entire property and all current special events, promotions, invitations and be able to easily explain them to casino players. Communicates and documents conversation and daily activities with casino players. Maintains competitive market awareness through research and property comparisons.
