Mr. Dobrow is a global business executive and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of broad-based business experience. He started his career as a CPA and CISA in the Audit and Enterprise Risk Management practices of Coopers & Lybrand, Price Waterhouse and Arthur Andersen where he specialized in the financial services market. After Andersen’s establishment of Accenture, Mr. Dobrow launched his first entrepreneurial venture as founder of a leading managed security service provider (MSSP) and consultancy called Guarded Networks, Inc (GNI), which was sold in 2004 for $25 Million. He later joined the executive team of Perimeter ESecurity and served as CEO, President, COO and CISO during his tenure with the company. During a six-year period of aggressive execution, the company achieved 6x revenue growth and 10x profit expansion. Perimeter E-Security was successfully sold to a group of investors led by Goldman Sachs and Bessemer Venture Partners in 2007. Mr. Dobrow has participated and led capital raises in excess of $100 Million for the various entities he has been engaged in and has managed organizations from the startup phase through $250 Million exit valuations. Jason McGinnis is a President / COO at SilverSky and is based in Raleigh, North Carolina. He has worked as Change Management Analyst at AMERICAN EXPRESS CO, Technical Lead/Trainer at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), and VP of Customer Support and Operations at NeoNova Network Services. Jason attended NOVA SOUTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY between 2000 and 2001, Shepherds Theological Seminary between 2012 and 2014, and University of Arkansas between 1992 and 1994.
