Mickey Kupperman are a Vice Chairman/COO at Silverstein Properties, Dir:Design at World Trade Center New Orleans, and Board Member at Silverstein Properties and are based in New York City, New York. Dino Fusco is Chief Operating Officer of Silverstein Properties, Inc. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operating activities of the company.

Prior to joining Silverstein, Dino was a Partner at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he spent over 25 years working in a variety of real estate roles. From 2012 until early-2020, Dino was the Global Head of Goldman Sachs’ Corporate Services and Real Estate organization; from 2005 - 2011, he was Global Head of Goldman Sachs’ Real Estate Strategy group; and from 1994 - 2005, he was a Managing Director in Goldman Sachs’ Real Estate Investment Banking group. Also, from 1998 - 2000, Dino helped initiate and lead Goldman Sachs’ real estate private equity efforts in Italy. Before joining Goldman Sachs in 1994, Dino was an Associate Attorney at Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson in New York City.

Dino received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Yale College, and a Juris Doctor degree in Law from Georgetown University Law School. He is a graduate of the David Rockefeller Fellows program sponsored by the Partnership for New York City.

Dino serves as a Board Member of the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, and he is an active member of the Partnership Fund for New York City. Dino is married to his college sweetheart and, together with their two daughters, resides in Lower Manhattan.

Katie Kurtz joined as Chief Financial Officer in May of 2021. Kurtz was previously an executive vice president at AR Global. Kurtz oversaw several REITs at AR Global, and before that, worked at the Carlyle Group and New Mountain Finance Corporation.

As Chief Marketing & Communications Officer for Silverstein Properties, Dara oversees the firm’s public relations, media, advertising, documentary, branding, events, and digital and social media activities. He is a member of the company’s management committee, and works with the leadership team and top executives on a wide range of corporate matters, with direct responsibility for the company’s marketing and communications initiatives.

Highlights of Dara’s work include building a team of some of the industry’s leading marketing professionals; developing a long-term World Trade Center repositioning and branding strategy; the construction, opening and marketing of 3 WTC, 4 WTC and 7 WTC - for which his group was awarded a Silver Anvil from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA); unveiling designs for the iconic One WTC and the subsequent buildings at the WTC site; Silverstein’s successful “two occurrence” insurance litigation; launching several commercial and residential websites and dozens of social media channels; and overseeing a program to document the historic rebuilding project through feature films, TV documentaries, books, photographs, art, and interactive media.

Dara is the editor of A Century Downtown, a visual history of Lower Manhattan, and Chairman of the Advisory Board of Downtown magazine. He works with dozens of artists, photographers, and filmmakers to document the company’s rebuilding projects. For the past several years, Dara has invited a group of international street artists into raw, unoccupied floors to use them as a canvas and gallery installation, in the words of Forbes, “flipping the corporate office script Silicon Valley style.”

Previously, Dara was the Communications & Media Manager of Shearman & Sterling LLP, a corporate law firm of 850 lawyers in 20 cities around the world. Based in New York, he was responsible for devising and managing strategies to maintain and build the firm’s reputation, image, and visibility. In June 2003, Dara’s group was awarded a Silver Anvil from the PRSA for its work on behalf of a Sept. 11 pro bono client of the firm.

Dara began his career as a reporter at Variety and Daily Variety in Los Angeles. He has also worked at Academy Award-winning Merchant Ivory Productions, Robert DeNiro’s Tribeca Film Center, and Universal Pictures.

Earlier in his career, Dara worked in the Department of Public Information of the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland, and in New York, where he wrote an analytical and historical study of the United Nations library that became an official publication of the UN.

Born in Ireland and raised in Brussels, Belgium, Dara studied at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland, where he graduated with a Master’s degree in Philosophy. He spent a year as an Erasmus Scholar at the University of Bologna, Italy, where he studied Italian and philosophy under Umberto Eco. Upon graduation, Dara won a Bobby Jones Jr. Graduate Fellowship to UCLA.

Gil is the President and Founder of HYPR (sold to Juliusworks in April 2020), the market leader in data-driven influencer marketing automation solutions. HYPR has won multiple awards, including the 2019 Best Content Marketing Tech Platform, and Best Influencer Marketing Platform Awards by Digiday (https://digiday.com/awards/adobe-hypr-xaxis-and-more-are-this-years-digiday-technology-award-winners/), the 2017 International Performance Marketing Award for Best Saas/Tracking Platform, the 2017 MarCom Award for excellence in Print Media / Print Creativity / Editorial, and the 2018 Martech Awards for Best Influencer Marketing Management Platform.

Gil has revolutionized the way many of the World’s biggest agencies and brands are running influencer marketing by focusing on the same data, analytics and audience demographic information relevant to traditional digital marketing. He was recently selected at #30 in the list of the most influential people in Influencer Marketing (https://news.influenceweekly.co/100/).

A pioneer in the influencer space, Gil also served as the COO of early player photo-sharing app Mobli Media, and has worked with influencers ranging from Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, Pitbull, Lance Armstrong, Lil Wayne and Serena Williams to Nash Grier, Bart Baker and Cameron Dallas.

Gil is an accomplished public speaker, and has delivered keynotes at notable influencer marketing conferences, including Influencer Marketing Days in New York and Influencer Marketing Hub in London.

Gil was recently selected as the 2017 recipient of the Digiday Top Boss Award in the technology industry, as one of 10 Israelis impacting the New York Tech Scene, as well as one of 40 must follow digital media influencers. Gil is also a two time winner of the MarCom Awards for Excellence in Marketing and Communications (Platinum Level and Honorable Mention).

Gil has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, as well as a Bachelor of Laws from Bar-Ilan University in Israel.

Guy Vardi is Chief Innovation Officer for Silverstein Properties. He joined the company in 2016 to oversee the firm’s process of innovation and change management.

Before joining SPI, he co-founded Matific, a startup that empowers teachers and encourages students to discover and explore mathematical concepts through playful interaction. Matific is used by millions of students and translated into 11 languages. Matific was named the winner of the 2016 SIIA CODiE Award for Best Mathematics Instructional Solution.

In 2003, Guy helped found Oberon Media, a company that expands and diversifies the demographics of computer gamers. He oversaw the development of the most popular platform for distribution of casual games at the time. Oberon's Game Center network reached over 40 million users.

Guy started his career as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces. Later he spent several years developing innovative digital experiences and interaction models for the Israeli Defense Forces. Highlights of his work include creating the first commercial VR environment for e-commerce, pioneering production of interactive video using wearables cameras, co-producing software that explores the relationships between classical poetry and interactive media, implementing the TCP / IP protocol over can and wire telephone and conducting an experiment that demonstrated carriers pigeons are faster than ADSL.

Guy holds a degree in computer science from the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzelia. He lives in the Upper West Side with his wife and children.
