We are excited to grow our team with a Sales Development Representative who wants to have a measurable impact on the successful growth of our CERDAAC Software portfolio. As our market continues to grow rapidly, we're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team to support growth.
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for both outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. This will include identifying new prospects, engaging inbound leads, and qualifying them for handoff to our sales team.
What You'll Do:
• Outbound prospecting, including researching and building lead lists in our target industries, using
LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other sales tools, as well as cold calling and emailing to find and develop
qualified leads.
• Inbound lead qualification of Marketing-driven leads to our web site using a combination of email,
phone and live chat.
• Collaborate with customer account managers to prospect for software sales opportunities within
our existing services customer base.
• Qualify prospects via phone, chat and email, identifying key decision makers and confirming lead
criteria including budget, timeframe and pain points.
• Convert both outbound prospects and inbound Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales Qualified Leads
and scheduling appointments for follow up for our Inside Sales Team.
• Meet a monthly quota of Sales Qualified Leads.
• Utilize Salesforce to record activities, update lead records, and track progress.
• Provide amazing prospect and customer journey experiences.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing team members to provide feedback and input on lead
generation strategies, improve execution and support company sales goals.
To be successful, we think you need:
• 2+ years of experience in an outbound lead generation/inside sales/enterprise software sales/sales development role
• Experience in enterprise B2B software and/or SaaS lead generation and sales. Must be able to articulate business benefits and functionality of software solutions.
• Experience using sales prospecting tools including LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, experience using automated phone/email sales platforms such as Outreach or SalesLoft a plus.
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented and organized.
• Strong written and verbal skills for email and phone sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.

As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the company's financial planning and analysis function. Lead and prioritize analytical frameworks and roadmaps to uncover new business opportunities and key areas of risk.

Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.
Assist in the preparation and presentation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, Board of Directors, and other financial dashboards and reporting.
Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Workday Adaptive Insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Experience with data modeling within PowerBI and Workday Adaptive is a plus.

This position is onsite at our Menlo Park HQ. The salary will be adjusted to reflect local market conditions based on employee location as well as the experience of the employee. Along with the base salary, Mainspring offers pre-IPO stock options + benefits.

Responsibilities and Duties
Calibrate inspection, measurement, and test equipment (IM&TE) in one or more of the following disciplines - Acoustical, Chemical, Dimensional, DC/Low Frequency, RF/Microwave, Fluid, Mechanical, Optical, Thermodynamics, and Time & Frequency, in order to ensure compliance with published specifications
Maintain primary and/or intrinsic calibration standards
Maintain secondary and/or working calibration standards
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of precision equipment
Develop calibration procedures and methods, according to detailed specifications, blueprints, drawings, and other technical requirements
Collect, compile, measure, summarize, and record data gathered during calibration.
Identify IM&TE out-of-tolerance conditions and perform corrective action via adjustments, component replacement, correction factors, etc
Identify and correct measurement errors, as applicable
Prepare calibration reports and certificates
Adapt existing calibration equipment, standards, and techniques to accomplish unique measurements tasks for which they are not principally used
Perform uncertainty evaluation and analysis for measurement standards and associated measurement processes
Train subordinates in calibration concepts and procedures
Interact with other technicians, Customer Service Representatives, Account Managers, and customers
Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
Qualifications
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
Must be able to perform general math and algebra functions
Understanding of Basic Statistics
Must possess good written and oral, communication skills
Technical writing ability
Intermediate ability to troubleshoot repair, align and optimize precision equipment
Intermediate computer skills
Proficient in use of MS Word and Excel
