What You'll Do * Monitor patient surveys and online reviews; track trends and maintain our reputation on Google and other platforms. * Coordinate community events-research opportunities, handle logistics, and represent the organization as needed. * Make outreach calls to schools, community groups, and local media to secure sponsorships and advertising. * Draft and edit marketing content including articles, blogs, and short-form copy. * Prepare, schedule, and track email marketing campaigns; share insights and recommendations. * Audit website content for accuracy and patient experience improvements. * Maintain and update Google Business Profiles for all locations. * Order, track, and distribute marketing materials and branded items. * Organize digital assets (logos, photos, templates, messaging) for team use. * Assist with PowerPoint presentations and simple marketing performance reports. * Collaborate with front desk and clinical teams to promote campaigns and gather feedback. * Travel between locations and to community events as needed.
