PRIMARY PURPOSE: This position is accountable for troubleshooting, repairs and performing preventive maintenance relative to the mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems and physical structural elements of the center. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Routinely inspects facility, troubleshoots and makes repairs to the mechanical, electrical, air conditioning and plumbing systems, as well as any structural elements on the property Perform a variety of maintenance/minor repair activities on the interior/exterior areas of the property including, but not limited to, painting, drywall, structural elements, including parking lot and sidewalks, plumbing repairs, clears drain stoppages, interior and exterior lighting including lamp, fuse and ballast replacement Operate a variety of equipment to perform preventive maintenance, minor repairs and maintain cleanliness of property Assist other departments, including but not limited to, Marketing to setup events and Local Leasing with placement and repair of carts Perform the job in accordance with all applicable standards, policies and regulatory guidelines (i.e. OSHA standards) to promote a safe working environment Schedule and preform preventive maintenance programs as assigned by management. Ensure the appropriate inventory systems, records, files, material safety data sheets, supplies, equipment and tools are maintained Periodically inspect air handling units, tighten or replace belts, replace filters and grease components. Maintain logs to document activity Performs exterior custodial duties as needed. May include sweeping sidewalks, wet mop sidewalks, operate steam cleaner, operate hand vacuum. Gather trash and empty trash receptacles; operate compactor and turn trash carts May perform additional maintenance duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Technical School certifications and/or training preferred Minimum 2-3 years building maintenance experience performing some carpentry, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing functions Ability to read and interpret documents, plans and schematic drawings and comprehend instructions. Ability to effectively present information to departmental management, employees, tenants, and outside contacts Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. Ability to define problems, collect information and establish facts. Paint, electrical, plumbing, and drywall skills Self-starter with ability to work independently Capability to diagnose problems on equipment Knowledge of basic electrical systems Knowledge of safety rules, hazards and application of accident prevention measures Basic knowledge of fire protection hydraulic system and fire protection alarm systems Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Valid Driver's License Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds The salary range for this position is $24.17 - $37.08. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon various factors, including an individual's skills, experience and qualifications and the geographic location of the job. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at the top end of the pay range.

The Advertising Sales Executive, Simon Media + Experiences will think and act strategically, be self-motivated, and above all, drive revenue results. As the local market leader, this position is part of a dynamic, focused, and professional sales and business development team that is responsible for driving media & event sales in Simon centers. This role seamlessly integrates into the team, and takes an active role in contributing to the overall success of each property, and the company as a whole. As the media sales and business development expert, the position will have its pulse on the local and regional media landscape, know key decision makers in the market, and is the authority on our dynamic DOOH and OOH media network and experiential marketing opportunities. The Advertising Sales Executive translates client goals into actionable media recommendations that achieve client results and drive revenue for Simon. Principal Responsibilities The Advertising Sales Executive, Simon Media + Experiences will be responsible to sell Simon Centers as a Marketing Medium to brands, advertising agencies, and local businesses. They will serve as the primary media sales person for a group of properties in a specific market. They will target key companies and categories within their assigned market to sell Simon media, sponsorships, events, and partnership marketing programs to achieve their individual and property specific revenue goals. The Advertising Sales Executive's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Identify, create, sell, and close revenue opportunities to brands and businesses through strategic positioning of our media assets; center specific and national sponsorships; center specific programming and amenities to achieve the revenue goals of each property * Achieve or exceed personal sales goals and assigned property monthly revenue goals. * Create compelling client solutions to advertising objectives, articulate the benefits of Simon centers, and close large single or multi property advertising, sponsorship, or promotional programs on a regular basis * Target, pitch, and develop relationships with all companies within key categories (auto, health care, entertainment, retail, education, travel, consumer services, etc.) located within assigned market * Ensure flawless execution for your programs * Monthly forecasting for assigned properties * Execute leases and collect client receivables * Communicate daily with local property, corporate and regional leadership teams * Be a brand advocate for your properties, clients and business opportunities, and Simon Property Group Minimum Qualifications * At least 5 years' proven track record of selling media, OOH, sponsorships, promotions, and events * In depth knowledge and personal contacts in the advertising, agency, and marketing community. OOH industry experience and contacts are a plus. * Compelling sales presentation skills, including formal presentations, cold calling, 'elevator pitches' and networking. Excellent writing skills are essential. * Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously * Excellent computer skills - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce * Superior media negotiation skills * Sales forecasting and budgeting; above average math skills * Bachelor's Degree required * Some overnight travel required The salary range for this position is $87.422.60 - $157,645.54. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon various factors, including an individual's skills, experience and qualifications and the geographic location of the job. Qualifications Education/Training • Strong operational experience in HVAC • High School Diploma. • Two (2) to Five (5) years on-the-job experience in the construction business (management experience preferred). • As required by state contractor licensing law, it may be required as a condition of employment for an incumbent in this role to hold a specific license related to the nature of installation / construction work performed by this business and the knowledge awareness required in this role. • Must possess valid driver's license and vehicle insurance Experience • Experience managing subcontractors or a subcontractor based business preferred. • Ability to travel on average 8 -10 site inspections per month and to complete same day site inspections if needed. • Ability to travel to site and complete unannounced spot checks on sub-contractors. PRIMARY PURPOSE: This position is accountable for painting all areas of the shopping center, inside & outside as directed by property management. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Apply paint, stain and other finishes to property walls, ceilings and furniture using brushes, spray guns, or rollers. Apply primer or sealers to prepare new surface for finish coats. Remove old finishes by stripping, sanding, wire bonding or using water solvents. Cover surfaces with appropriate material for protection during painting and post appropriate paint signs. Clean up and store paint and painting tools and equipment in appropriate areas. Coordinate with management and/or supervisor in order to modify colors of paint, stain, or varnish. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures ; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents or injuries, and complete safety training. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. The Asset Protection (AP) team's function is to keep our customers, teams and brands safe. AP partners with the store Emergency Response Team (ERT) to prepare for, respond to, and recover from a variety of emergencies. AP also protects company profits by mitigating shrinkage risks, as well as preventing, investigating, and resolving theft, to ensure merchandise is available for our customers. Asset Protection's strategies are driven by our three Asset Protection Pillars: Protect People by providing support for employee and customer safety. Protect Physical Spaces by protecting our assets which include both building and merchandise. Support Product Accuracy through store partnership working towards improved inventory accuracy and reduction of shrinkage. When working in Asset Protection, no two days will be the same, however a typical day in the life of an Asset Protection Agent will likely include the following responsibilities: Resolve theft by using good judgment and conduct quality apprehensions in high shrinkage areas while strictly adhering to policy, procedures, and AP leadership guidance.
