Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in facility maintenance, particularly within the construction supply or manufacturing industries. Proficiency in high-voltage electrical systems and experience with steel fabrication machinery. Excellent leadership skills, with experience in team management and training. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments. Familiarity with production management software and ERP systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve complex issues efficiently. Knowledge of manufacturing equipment including, valves, pneumatics, hydraulics and conveyers and overhead cranes. Have welding, cutting, and fabrication skills Physical & Environmental Requirements: Ability to work in a warehouse/factory environment with exposure to loud machinery and varying temperatures. Occasional lifting, standing, and working in confined spaces may be required. Compliance with OSHA and internal safety protocols, including the use of PPE such as hard hats and steel-toed boots.
