Simonton Holdings, Inc. was formerly known as SBR, Inc. and changed its name to Simonton Holdings, Inc. in June 2006. The company was founded in 1972 and is based in Parkersburg, West Virginia. It has facilities in Archbold, Ohio; Pennsboro, Harrisville, and Ellenboro, West Virginia; Paris, Illinois; Lyons, Georgia; McAlester, Oklahoma; and Vacaville and Beaumont, California, as well as Yantai, China. As of June 8, 2006, Simonton Holdings, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc.
