The Opportunity As part of this team, the Revenue Manager will support all aspects of the revenue cycle and maintain a complete and accurate general ledger that enables robust financial reporting. We are looking for someone who is excited to scale existing processes and systems to support Simpplr's growth.
Your Job Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
* Key partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations on non-standard contract review to determine revenue impact and provide recommendations
* Review, analyze and document complex revenue arrangements particularly related to projects, Saas revenue, credits, contract modifications or change in allocations and revenue policies
* Partner with Revenue and People operations on Sales commissions calculation, accruals & payout
* Collaborate with the professional services team to track project milestones and recognize revenue in line with service delivery
* Support monthly closing activities including, but not limited to, reviewing non-routine revenue transactions, performing accounting assessments, preparing accurate journal entries
* Prepare and review month-end account reconciliations, accruals, deferrals and reclassifications, Commissions, Prepare deferred revenue waterfall and ensure it reconciles to the GL, Conduct flux analysis of revenue accounts
* Key point person for technical revenue accounting for the global organization including ensuring proper revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606, SSP analysis and compliance with SOX key controls
* Key business partner to finance and senior sales executives to ensure global revenue accounting function delivers timely, accurate, optimized and reliable revenue reporting
* Manage collections specialist and drive faster collection turnaround
* Monitor revenue inbox to respond timely and appropriately to business requests and manage Billing specialist
* Assist with external audits and special projects as needed
* Participate in and/or lead projects and initiatives with cross functional impacts and ensure efficiency and ongoing process improvements
Your Skillset
What makes you a great fit for the team:
* Minimum of 5+ years of related work experience with 3+ years of Technical Revenue experience
* Experience with SFDC and Netsuite including ARM and commissions software
* Prior Public Accounting experience with regards to Revenue (ASC 606) preferred
* CPA or equivalent a plus
* Experienced in writing complex technical revenue accounting position papers
* Effective communicator with all levels of management and cross functional organizations and team player
* Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment with attention to details
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Sheet)
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $135k - $155k. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.

Software Engineer- AI/ML, AWS Neuron

AWS Neuron is the complete software stack for the AWS Inferentia and Trainium cloud-scale machine learning accelerators and the Trn1 and Inf1 servers that use them. This role is for a software engineer in the Machine Learning Applications (ML Apps) team for AWS Neuron. This role is responsible for development, enablement and performance tuning of a wide variety of ML model families, including massive scale large language models like LLama4, Mixtral, DBRX and beyond, as well as stable diffusion, Vision Transformers and many more.
The Distributed training team works side by side with chip architects, compiler engineers and runtime engineers to create , build and tune distributed training solutions with Trainium. Experience training these large models using Python is a must. FSDP, Deepspeed and other distributed training libraries are central to this and extending all of this for the Neuron based system is key.
Key job responsibilities
This role will help lead the efforts building distributed training support into Pytorch and Jax using XLA and the Neuron compiler and runtime stacks. This role will help tune these models to ensure highest performance and maximize the efficiency of them running on the customer AWS Trainium . Strong software development and ML knowledge are both critical to this role.

Resolve disputes and conflicts between players, coaches, and other team officials in a fair and professional manner.
Assess and administer penalties to players.
Keep track of penalty time and ensure players serve their penalties appropriately.
Fill out a suspension form with a clear, detailed, and legible description of the incident that occurs and ensure all other officials sign the form.
Have a full understanding of the Soccer Rulebook and apply the rules in the games officiated.
Make impartial and quick decisions on issues such as goals, penalties, and offside plays.
Consult with fellow officials when necessary to reach accurate decisions.
Communicate with players, coaches, and team captains to address concerns, provide explanations for calls, and maintain a respectful environment on the field.
May assist in addressing any safety concerns regarding player equipment and/or jewelry.
Ensure front desk has correct scores.
Tear down - ensure players leave no left-over items on benches. Take the game ball to the soccer office.
