The National News Desk and The National Weather Desk are national editorial platforms with a mission to keep their audiences informed and educated about the issues our communities are facing every day. From major news events, health and safety concerns, politics, and the weather systems outside our doors, as Manager of Audience Engagement and Publishing Operations it will be your job to act as the eyes and ears of our accounts, keeping a finger on the pulse of online conversation, and also serve as the voice of our brands to lead thoughtful interactions with our followers across all platforms. To be successful in this role you must be passionate about news/politics/weather, be well-versed in the language of the internet, hyperaware of social trends, and possess the ability to translate audience data into actionable next steps.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
Create and distribute content across all social media handles, ensuring that posts are timely, relevant, and on-brand and copy is written in a voice familiar to our fans, and also collaborate with Sinclair's vast network of local stations for additional support.
Serve as the primary voice online for our brands, adapting your communication style to reflect the personality and POV of each account while staying consistent with brand messaging.
Amplify our reach through always-on Community Management that fosters meaningful audience engagement including responding to comments, moderating discussions, and encourage conversations among our followers to deepen their connection with the accounts.
Build and implement innovative engagement strategies to grow our follower base, increase engagement rates, and extend the brands reach through partnerships, collaborations, and viral moments.
Prepare and distribute regular reports on social media performance metrics, providing insights into reach, engagement, growth, and audience behavior.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Use insights to evolve and optimize future promotional campaigns, ensuring our content remains fresh and effective.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in social media management, preferably in news.
Deep understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and audience-building strategies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable steps.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
Experience creating original social content, with examples to share, is a plus!

Essential Duties and Requirements include the following:
Develop and maintain contacts and sources in the community to enterprise story ideas

Position Overview:
As the FDI Administrator & Developer, you will maintain and support the Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence Warehouse, build and support reports and dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of FDI capabilities to internal stakeholders. Reporting to the Data Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in enabling actionable business insights through FDI.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse, including building semantic models, reports, dashboards, user training, and FDI customizations.
Manage technical aspects of FDI ERP/HCM implementations and customizations, including data migrations, quality, integrations, third-party applications, and custom development.
Administer users, groups, roles, and data access in the FDI environment, customizing according to business needs.
Participate in all phases of FDI ERP/HCM initiatives, including requirements gathering, design, architecture, build, deployment, and ongoing support.
Maintain the change management process for deploying new or updated application code.
Collaborate with Sinclair's Oracle Platform team to coordinate quarterly Oracle release testing alongside ERP/HCM updates.
Enable FDI augmentation for external data integration with other platforms.
Work with data engineers and ETL developers to design, implement, and optimize data integration processes for loading data from various source systems.
Design and implement semantic models and schemas to support analytical reporting requirements.
Implement and enforce security policies, access controls, and data privacy regulations; monitor user access and permissions.
Monitor and optimize FDI performance, including database queries, data pipelines, and system resources.
Document FDI dashboard glossaries, configurations, processes, and best practices; provide training and support to end-users and technical teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Equivalent experience considered.
Expert-level understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll analytics within FDI, including HR and Payroll functional and technical knowledge, ability to design, extend, troubleshoot, and optimize FDI subject areas, data pipelines, and semantic models. Solid understanding of Fusion HCM and Payroll customizations is a bonus.
Strong technical background in data warehouse and reporting concepts, including data modeling, ETL, and data integration.
Experience with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), SQL Developer, data modeling, analytics, and advanced analytics.
Prior experience with Oracle data warehouses and integrations to/from Oracle Applications or third-party applications; OBIP/ OTBI experience is a plus.
Excellent SQL query, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with data governance frameworks, data privacy regulations, and security standards.

The Agile Content Creation Engagement Team (ACCET) Brand and Engagement Strategist will help manage the day-to-day operation and oversee the development of an agile based work environment that focuses on collaboration and a continuous workflow that increases output and efficiency.
This position will also help lead the training of Al technology and programs that will assist Content Creators to successfully perform the social/digital engagement strategy, as well as the commercial, and local station marketing strategy for multiple locations in the ACCET region.
The Brand and Engagement Strategist will help develop campaigns, oversee creative ideas and techniques, approve scripts, and final productions.
In addition, this role will be responsible for monitoring ratings, digital analytics, and campaign results, while being able to make suggestions to grow interaction and engagement across all platforms.
The Brand Engagement Manager will work with ACCET News properties to develop a continuous stream of creative and digital content for multiple platforms that can be shared among markets across the region, and throughout the ACCET network.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Quality Engineering & Rule Development
Own, maintain, and expand the ED&I-built Data Quality Foundation, including Snowflake objects, SQL logic, metadata layers, and reporting structures.
Translate data governance policies, quality standards, and field-level requirements into technical data quality rules (completeness, uniqueness, conformity, referential integrity, validity, timeliness, etc.).
Build, maintain, and support scalable pipelines that detect, measure, and store data quality results across multiple domains (starting with Oracle B2B Customer, expanding to Vendor, Employee, Product, and more).
Implement automated frameworks that surface issues in real-time or near real-time.
Master Data Management (MDM) & Golden Record Mapping
Analyze and map source system attributes (Oracle Fusion, CDM, legacy systems, CRM, ERP, broadcast systems, etc.) to the Golden Record structure managed by ED&I/EDG.
Create and manage transformation logic to standardize, harmonize, and prepare data for MDM use cases.
Collaborate with business stewards and EDG domain leaders to refine golden record attributes, survivorship rules, and lineage.
Dashboard & Reporting Ownership
Maintain and enhance the Data Quality Dashboard delivered through Cognos Analytics and SSRS-including schema changes, measure expansion, usability improvements, and new rule integrations.
Ensure dashboards reflect clear, executive-ready views of data quality trends, issue volume, domain health, and field-level KPIs.
Manage end-to-end exception reporting, including daily/weekly files sent to operational teams for triage and remediation.
Collaboration & Governance Enablement
Partner with the Enterprise Data Governance Office to understand domain priorities, evolving standards, and new data policies.
Translate governance requirements into actionable technical specifications and automated controls.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to Data Stewards, Data Owners, and Data Council representatives.
Participate in stewardship working groups and provide technical insight on data quality feasibility, root cause analysis, and upstream/downstream impacts.
Technical Operations & Continuous Improvement
Monitor performance of Snowflake workloads, optimize SQL logic, and ensure cost-effective data quality processing.
Maintain documentation of rules, mappings, logic, lineage, and dashboard changes.
Identify opportunities to embed preventative data quality controls upstream (application, integration, API, or ETL level).
Support ED&I engineering teams in pipeline improvements, schema changes, and data onboarding initiatives.
Qualifications:
5 or more years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Quality, or Master Data Management roles.
Strong hands-on experience implementing and managing MDM and DQ frameworks (commercial or open source).
Advanced proficiency with Snowflake, including schema design, SQL optimization, and ELT orchestration.
Strong programming skills in SQL and Python for data validation, profiling, and automation.

The Corporate Senior Digital Sales Operations Specialist will support the Digital Operations Team by providing digital deal entry and digital campaign support assistance to our television station sales teams. The Senior Specialist will provide deal entry, pre-, and post-sale assistance to various regions or sellers as volume or need dictates. This position reports to the Corporate Digital Sales Operations Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities:
Provide order entry backup across all television station sales teams as needed for high volume or PTO coverage
Provide custom campaign reporting and strategy recommendations on an as-needed basis
Assist with digital order entry for National Sales teams as needed
Act as the main point of contact for Corporate and Regional Digital Sales Operations Specialists for product or process questions

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in digital sales or operations and customer service
Strong understanding of AOS and Jira systems

The base salary compensation range for this role is $63,000 to $79,000 Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
