RESPONSIBLITIES: * Create and distribute content across all social media handles, ensuring that posts are timely, relevant, and on-brand and copy is written in a voice familiar to our fans, and also collaborate with Sinclair's vast network of local stations for additional support. * Serve as the primary voice online for our brands, adapting your communication style to reflect the personality and POV of each account while staying consistent with brand messaging. * Amplify our reach through always-on Community Management that fosters meaningful audience engagement including responding to comments, moderating discussions, and encourage conversations among our followers to deepen their connection with the accounts. * Build and implement innovative engagement strategies to grow our follower base, increase engagement rates, and extend the brands reach through partnerships, collaborations, and viral moments. * Prepare and distribute regular reports on social media performance metrics, providing insights into reach, engagement, growth, and audience behavior. * Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Use insights to evolve and optimize future promotional campaigns, ensuring our content remains fresh and effective. QUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum 5-7 years of experience in social media management, preferably in news. * Deep understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and audience-building strategies. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable steps. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms. * Experience creating original social content, with examples to share, is a plus! Position Overview: As the FDI Administrator & Developer, you will maintain and support the Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence Warehouse, build and support reports and dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of FDI capabilities to internal stakeholders. Reporting to the Data Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in enabling actionable business insights through FDI. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse, including building semantic models, reports, dashboards, user training, and FDI customizations. Manage technical aspects of FDI ERP/HCM implementations and customizations, including data migrations, quality, integrations, third-party applications, and custom development. Administer users, groups, roles, and data access in the FDI environment, customizing according to business needs. Participate in all phases of FDI ERP/HCM initiatives, including requirements gathering, design, architecture, build, deployment, and ongoing support. The base salary compensation range for this role is $105,000 to $140,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
