Tennis Channel is seeking a hands‑on Director of Graphic Design to elevate the visual identity of our growing direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) streaming platform. In this role, you'll own the creation, adaptation, and real‑time updating of graphics that power our live tennis experience across iOS, Android, smart TVs, and web. You'll collaborate closely with our app and product teams to ensure seamless design integration, drive workflow automation to accelerate delivery, and support rapid‑turnaround needs tied to live events. In this role, you will:
Define, create, produce, resize, and optimize graphics for the DTC platform, including event promotions, highlights, and editorial content in the visual tone of Tennis Channel's brand
Adjust visuals in real time to match live schedules and updates.
Design graphics for emails and landing pages to drive engagement and conversion.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and app teams to ensure graphics integrate smoothly as the platform evolves.

Key Qualifications:
8+ years of hands‑on graphic design experience

Producers must be able to respond to breaking news with speed, writing and juggling multiple stories throughout the day and producing clean copy without the support of a copy editor. The ability to continually update and rewrite stories with the newest information - while promptly posting updates on the station's social media accounts - is a must. Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in news required. The candidate must have excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written. The candidate must be flexible about scheduling: The position involves work at various times of the day, including early mornings, nights, weekends and some holidays, as well as last-minute requests to fill in for other producers' sick calls. The producer's schedule may change depending on KTLA's needs.

Compensation: $33/hour+ commensurate with skill level and experience.
