Assists in maintaining the department's capital and operating expenses through prudent use of company capital and material resources. Assists department manager in the preparation of capital and expense budgets. Work within network administrator role to develop, plan, implement, and verify changes and improvements across all network infrastructures. OSP (Outside Plant) Engineer II is responsible for design and development of mid-level outside plant (OSP) equipment installations, modifications and upgrades. (This is meant to be a guide.
