The Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective programs that protect company assets and ensure site security at the La Vergne, TN facilities, as well as the Phoenix, AZ facilities. This role ensures compliance with all applicable regulations while proactively driving risk management initiatives and loss prevention strategies. The position partners with leadership to minimize operational, financial, and security risks. Position Description: Load and unload trucks. Place into designated area for accurate inventory counts. Must know and follow all safety processes surrounding forklift driving. Ability to use standup and sit-down forklifts. Ability to be cross trained in other positions. Follow all safety policies, protocols, procedures. Other duties as assigned. Position Requirements: Attention to Detail 1 year experience in quality control preferred. 1 year work experience within a manufacturing environment preferred. Position Schedule: Mon-Thru 4:30am-3:00pm Position Summary Responsible for manufacturing responsibilities on designated equipment, keeping to production schedules, and complying with all quality standards that apply to manufacturing and operations. Position Description Understand and follow manufacturing instructions and Quality System Requirements as per training Read and understand engineering drawings, shop orders, work instructions and all operations and manufacturing instructions. Meet and exceed production and quality goals Perform daily duties in manufacturing areas such as completing daily labor sheets. Work with management to resolve discrepancies and errors. Follow up and correct problems if required. Understand and comply with company safety rules and company policies.
