What We're Looking For - Qualifications and Skills:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
Operations experience in a leadership capacity.

What You'll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards.
Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth by demonstrating knowledge of and training on systems, Company standards, account management, recovery (collections), job duties, and performance reports.

Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and address basic facility needs, including scheduling maintenance services. This includes overseeing the store planogram and ensuring seasonal and/or promotional marketing material are displayed properly.
Perform duties outside of the office, when applicable, including on site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing.
Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership.
Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.*

Primary Responsibilities
This position will perform the preparatory work and tasks supporting lineman following safe working procedures, rules and regulations and will work under the supervision of a skilled worker while performing the work of the trade. This position will advance through the Apprentice Lineman Program (4-year program) governed and certified by the U.S. Department of Labor. Must also meet the employment minimum requirements and complete probationary period. Level of placement may depend on the candidate's certifications, experience, and documented on the job (OJT) documents.
Essential Job Functions
* Perform construction and maintenance tasks to support electrical distribution operations.
* Carry out manual labor duties, including loading materials, digging ditches, hydraulic tamping, cutting brush, climbing poles, and moving equipment.
* Assist Journey Line Workers by framing poles, loading poles and transformers onto trucks and trailers.
* Stock materials on trucks and ensure that vehicles are fueled, organized, and clean.
* Prepare tools and equipment for Journey Line Workers at job sites and perform assigned tasks efficiently.
* Complete and process necessary forms and paperwork as required.
* Maintain and promote a strong safety culture by strictly adhering to all safety policies, rules, and procedures.
Minimum Requirements
* Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Licensing: Valid Commercial Class "A" Driver's License.
* Work Experience: Previous experience working outdoors in extreme weather conditions.
* Technical Skills:
* Experience working with electrical circuitry, lines, and equipment.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in mathematical concepts, including geometry, trigonometry, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.

The Design Technician I is the entry-level position in the Design Technician series. At this level, incumbents independently handle routine tasks and receive close supervision when assisting with more complex engineering assignments. This position is responsible for staking all types of distribution lines, preparing work sketches for member-consumer services, and ensuring the timely extension of electric service. The role involves designing NEC distribution facilities with a focus on efficiency, accommodating future extensions and load growth, ensuring reliability, and adhering to RUS specifications. Additionally, all designs must comply with State, Federal, local, and other utility regulations while prioritizing cost-effectiveness and safety. The Design Technician I works collaboratively with members, employees, and the public in a courteous and professional manner, supporting NEC's activities. They will keep the Engineering Manager informed by providing regular updates on daily activities, progress on projects, and special plans or staking arrangements. Proficiency in using PCs is essential to successfully perform the duties of this role.
Essential Job Functions
Ensure optimal performance of the Cooperative's information and communication systems by troubleshooting, maintaining, and installing IT infrastructure, including servers and networked systems.
Prepare detailed staking sheets and material breakdowns for overhead and underground distribution lines and maintenance job orders, ensuring compliance with RUS specifications and NESC standards.
Develop and interpret construction sketches, dispatch maps, one-line diagrams, and special drawings not included in RUS specification books.
Collect and analyze load data for new or upgraded services, identifying potential flicker or overload conditions.
Assign proper account numbers, map sections, and line section numbers; determine tax areas and assign applicable rates.
Update and maintain engineering files and documentation to support operational continuity and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or associate degree, with two to three years of relevant experience and training, or a similar role. A combination of education or equivalent and directly related experience will be considered.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access.
Familiarity with computer-based systems and capable of learning and using customer information systems, utility-specific work order applications, and other relevant software.
Prior experience in service coordination, dispatching, or utility operations preferred. Ability to interpret and work from blueprints, staking sheets, and electrical standards.
