ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Must ensure that all food on food line is restocked, maintained at required temperatures and is distributed according to set portion controls at all times. • Responsible for the cleanliness of the food line and ensures that all areas are kept up to corporate standards for public space viewing. • Responsible for making sure plates are ready before sending out to tables, including but not limited to; ensuring sides and sauces are added, wiping down plates, and ensuring they make it to the proper location. • All other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when responsibilities involve customer relations. Must also be capable of interaction with all levels of management and present a professional manner at all times. Must be physically able to lift up to 30lbs, bend, stoop, climb, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to stand/walk/ sit for extended periods. May be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment. Must be at least 18. Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing.
